Julian is charismatic, dramatic, a hopeless romantic, outgoing, caring, charming, cocky, sweet, flirtatious, confident, protective, explicit, fun, theatrical, and frequently a magnet for attention, both good and bad. Several people view him as overly dramatic, and his self-sacrificing behavior often goes beyond altruism into masochism. During his time away from Vesuvia, Julian spent his time traveling and sailing. He spent some of his time away sailing with pirates, who he did medical work for in exchange for passage. He remained with the pirates for almost a year, until they brought him back to Vesuvia where he now lives in hiding.
