Julia Bloodstone is a Universal Federation Army Commander for the New Solar faction.

Julia is one of the two heroines of Prison Academia. She holds the rank of colonel during the events of the visual novel.

Personality Julia is described as a talented woman who showed outstanding results during her time at the military academy, with high marks in melee combat. Serious and professional in most situation, she remains calm and collected even with her back against a wall, and remains expressionless and overly formal. Though, in some cases, her cold eyes can show disgust, she often hides this, well enough, on official matters.

While possessing high intelligence and outstanding operational capabilities, but has little knowledge and experience when it comes to sex and relationships. Julia is a strict believer of a religion called "Solar Galaxy", adhering to its strict rules, and was fiercely disciplined. According to the doctrine of their sacred book, lustful acts were among the biggest sins one could commit.

Julia is often cold and quick to kill, and willing to fight dirty in some cases but would reject cruelty if she was aware of it. She is a great friend of Eliza Perlman and trusts her fully.

Appearance She has red eyes and black short hair.

History Background Born in the year, 2228. A human in the Prison Universe and part of the New Solar faction. She had graduated from Military Academy Carlson, in the year 2250, Space Calendar 40, and held the position of student council president.

During the "Hermes Conflict", she acted on the forefront of a cavalry unit, and was a major contributor to the New Solar's victory, in the year 2251 acted as a First Lieutenant. Serving under Comander-in-Chief General Mari Valmer, she took part in the last defense of Fortress Hel-Verdun after New Paris had been taken by Neo Terra forces under Joseph Hummel. She suggested, a counteroffensive, which went against staff officer Erwin and Valmers plan to escape. Putting a secret tracker into the Épée "Lævateinn" of Valmer, knowing he would be found and brought to the Neo Terra HQ. Because she voiced that retreat was treasonous, she was put into jail for three days before getting freed by her confidant Eliza Perlman. As Julia, at this point, was the highest ranking officer still at Fortress Hel-Verdun, she took command. Using the "White-out" a blizzard typical for planet Hermes as cover, together with the tracker, as well as gun fire to find their way in the snowstorm with the Sleipnir (Artificial), lead to a giant victory. Julia, ordered Eliza Perlman to use a 2000 troop strong army and rush into the 8000 strong army of Joseph Hummel and kill him, leading them leaderless, as well as kill the in her eye's traitor, Valmer with the truth never been fully revealed. Afterward, continued success, gave her the name of the "War Maiden of the Snowfields" and gave her continued command as a heroine, however, even after the war was over, members of the New Solars, tortured and murdered the imprisoned family members of the Neo Terra's with the son of Joseph Hummel, Albert watching the suffering of his sister and mother until their death.

Julia is respected and admired by many New Solars citizens and military personnel, and is often called a hero. However, she is greatly hated by the Neo Terra citizens and even more by the survivors of the dark crimes performed. Currently, due to her promotion, she left Hermes and is now in command of a medium-sized battleship in the space that orbits Jupiter. Recently, Julia agreed to come to the New Solar Military Academy as a special academic instructor. She assisted with a number of conflicts as a commander, senior officer and later colonel.

Visual Novels In the year 2256, on November 22nd on the 30th anniversary of the first shared attempt of settlement on Hermes, now 5 years after the Hermes Conflict, Julia and Eliza were meant to perform a speech.

Julia became a target of Albert Payne a Neo Terran. In the end, her personality was deleted by his Brainwashing Machine (Prison), which he obtained by a mysterious benefactor. Julia and Eliza would proclaim the independence of Hermes, and became the official faces of the Hermes Liberation Army, as they revealed the crimes performed, New Solar reaction was cautious. Julia also warned about military action as the planet would be covered by storms for the next few months and only infantry units could be used during the magnetic and snow storms, which gave them a clear advantage to defend.

Timeline TABA Recordings of the exploits of Albert Payne are sent back in time around 200 years because of an unknown coalition within the solar system. The Fuuma Organization is able to catch encoded data the UFS has collected, and Fuuma Kotaro (TABA) watches the torture of Julia Bloodstone and Eliza Perlman.
