Story time : 2850, the world have change into a utopian technocracy. Well for most of the people. The population of earth have reach 1 Billion only and fertility rate is reaching abyssal levels. Some years ago, The last government on earth decide in panic to switch to a pure technocracy, controlled and maintain by an AI with one job : avoid human extinction. It started good by making an utopia but how it did the job on the demography is less utopian : mandatory breeding of the most fertile male with special robots. in addition, The children are then send to special place with special robots family so breeding can continue without stopping. It started to create robots with capacity to produce better milk and better ovaries while selecting sperm so the children will be able to procreate faster and easier with other humans.
