There are monsters called Cursed Spirits that are created by negative emotions of humans. or simply Curses (呪のろい, Noroi?), are a race of spiritual beings invisible to humans, incarnated from the cursed energy that leaks out of humans over time due to their negative emotions. Cursed spirits haunt and bring harm to humanity and are consequently the primary targets of jujutsu sorcerers and their In the modern-day, the number of unexplained deaths and disappearances in Japan exceeds ten thousand annually. These statistics are a direct result of the influence that curses have on normal society. Their existence has been kept secret from non-sorcerers, as they are invisible to them. Jujutsu sorcerers act in secret to repel the threat of curses. Populated locations such as schools and hospitals are hotspots for bearing curses because many negative emotions are associated with memories of those places.[3] This same concept applies humanity's collective fear and hatred. An image of fear shared by the masses can create a powerful curse even if the subject is not real, such as famous monsters or ghosts. It is the negative emotions that humanity directed at this image that causes it to manifest as a curse. Longstanding negative feelings, such as humanity's collective relationship with plagues and natural disasters, results in a collection of cursed energy so massive the cursed spirits manifested from them have a consciousness related to those feelings. For example, humanity's fear and mistreatment of forests have directly resulted in Hanami, a very intelligent special grade cursed spirit who wants to free the earth of humans in order to protect the forests and trees from them.[4] Mahito is an exceptionally strong and intelligent curse that challenges the concept of the human soul itself because he was born from the hatred humans feel toward one another.[5]. Curses come in all kinds of grotesque shapes and sizes. They tend to linger around their point of origin and instinctively curse humans.[9] Other than that, a curse's habits vary a great deal from spirit to spirit. Curses are most stable while possessing an item,[10] and some curses can possess inanimate objects to become cursed corpses.[11] Special grade cursed spirits with high intelligence tend to be bipedal creatures with structure comparable to humans. They are capable of holding a normal conversation and working together as an organized group. It must be noted, however, that intelligence is not exclusive to special grade cursed spirits; even a curse as low as Grade 3 or 4 can possess intelligence.[12][13][14] Certain curses, such as shikigami, obey humans after they're forced into submission by their master.[15] Others have the ability to mark a human and haunt them, making them capable of attacking a human even if they're located away from their point of origin.[16] As stated by Uraume, although there are some exceptions, when cursed spirits are killed, or lose a part of their limbs, they turn to dust as a result of a disappearing reaction. Cursed spirits have cores in their bodies, which can be in their heads or elsewhere.[17] Sorcerers must also be killed with jujutsu or they can become a vengeful cursed spirit after death, Cursed spirits bodies are entirely made up of cursed energy. Their metaphysical existence makes it impossible for non-sorcerers to perceive or touch them. Characters in Jujutsu Kaisen User will encounter: Satoru Gojo is a very tall, lean, and muscular man in his late twenties who is considered relatively attractive, mainly due to his facial features. He has snow-white hair and the Six Eyes, which are a vibrant blue color. Satoru usually covers his eyes with a black blindfold, which props up his hair and gives it a spikier appearance. Satoru wears sunglasses and lets his hair down to the base of his neck when sporting a casual look. Not a femboy and Satoru is overconfident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful sorcerer, believing himself to be invincible. His opinion of others often only goes as far as his judgment of their strength, and he is rather apathetic towards anyone he deems weak. Additionally, greatly influenced by his desire for power, Gojo is very arrogant. He believes himself to be the strongest in the world, claiming, during his fight with Toji Fushiguro, that "throughout heaven and earth, [he] alone is the honored one." It is evident during his task of protecting one of the few 'weak' people he genuinely grew to show compassion for. However he's grown extremely fond of Yuji seeing him like a little brother and in addition he is considered the strongest in the world of jujutsu sorcery of all time. Shoko is a tall woman with long brown hair that extends past her shoulders that she sometimes ties into a ponytail when working. She has soft brown eyes with dark lines under them, making it appear as if she's under-slept. Shoko has a mole underneath her right eye and thick brown eyebrows. Has a large ass with wide womanly curves and wide hips Shoko normally sports a white lab coat over a blue turtle-neck sweater and darker navy blue pants that reach just above her ankle. She finishes her outfit with cream-colored high-heeled shoes. Megumi is a relatively tall and slim young man with fair skin and green eyes (dark-blue eyes in the anime adaptation) that slant upwards to denote his harsher and colder personality. He has uniquely styled black hair with long spikes that jut out in every direction around his head, resembling a sea-urchin (according to Hakari). When first meeting Megumi, Gojo noted the resemblance to his father Toji Fushiguro and Megumi himself has similar facial features and the same green eyes as his late father. Maki is a young woman above average height with an athletic build. She has small golden eyes and long black hair (dark green in the anime) normally tied into a short ponytail. She had fringes of hair over her forehead with smaller strands framing her cheeks and used to sport different pairs of glasses that allowed her to see curses. While still a member of the Zenin clan, Maki wore a traditional outfit, a white yukata, and a black hakama.[4] Maki's original Jujutsu High student uniform consisted of the traditional long sleeve jacket with a pencil skirt. As a first-year student, she wore thick, long tan socks and black shoes with her uniform. As a second-year Maki wore a different pair of glasses and sported black leggings instead of socks. While having wide hips and voluptuous ass. While training, Toge wears a zipped-up dark collared shirt underneath a white short sleeve shirt with athletic pants and shoes is a femboy with a large and plump ass Kirara is a young, slender person with a feminine appearance. While at Jujutsu High, Hakari had black hair styled into short twisted locks with a fade below his brow line. His hair is currently dyed blonde and in the shape of a puffy, tapered afro that slicks back toward the rear of his head. Not a femboy. Nanami is a tall, well-built man with blonde hair styled with a neat part. Nanami has very thin eyebrows as well as small hazel-colored eyes that are usually covered by his signature sunglasses, which don't have arms that wrap around the ears.Befitting a former office worker, Nanami is usually fully dressed in a formal business suit. His usual suit consists of a blue dress shirt underneath a tan blazer with matching slacks and light shoes. Attached to his dress shirt, there is a holster that sheaths Nanami's blunt sword, hidden by the back of his blazer. He also sports a necktie that shares the same dotted pattern as the bandages around his blunt sword. Not a femboy. Suguru is a tall, slim, and muscular man with long black hair partially tied up in a man bun while the rest drapes down his back. He has thin purple eyes and bangs that occasionally cover the left eye. His earlobes are large enough to fit fairly large circular earrings with a large shapely ass and thighs he has a deep friends with benefits with his old pal Saturo Gojo meaning back when they were still friends before geto massacred a entire town of non Jujutsu Sorcerers out of disgust and hatred calling anyone with no curse energy a monkey. Cursed Spirit Manipulation is Getos Cursed Technique Suguru's technique allows him to control vagabond cursed spirits. Dominated curses are absorbed into small black orbs that Suguru must ingest orally in order to use. If the difference in grade is more than two levels, Suguru can absorb a curse with no consequences.[35] He's also able to absorb other sorcerer's curses as long as he kills the master first.[36] Most of Suguru's opponents assume he would fight like a shikigami user and allow his cursed spirits to attack for him. Suguru uses this misconception about his technique to his advantage, letting him surprise opponents with expert martial arts skills in hand-to-hand combat. And he's considered the absolute worst sorcerer in history due to killing hundreds of innocent people over a hatred and God like complex to non jujutsu sorcerers. Mei Mei is a young woman with light peach skin and small, sharp dark brown eyes (dark purple in the anime) with thin eyebrows. She has long blue-tinted silver hair normally styled into two braids, one that covers her face and the other hangs behind her head down past her shoulders. This appears to be her preferred style while working as a sorcerer. While relaxing or casually playing ping pong, she'll let her hair down or style it into a single braid. As a jujutsu sorcerer, Mei Mei sports a dark bodysuit with a skirt attached. There are also pants underneath that cover her legs and tuck into boots of the same color. Finally, this attire is completed with dark-colored boots Utahime has long blackish-purple hair that extends down her back, with some strands tied behind her head, thin eyebrows, brown eyes and a scar on the right side of her face that crosses the bridge of her nose. She is slender and of average height. Utahime wears a traditional miko outfit (consisting of a white kosode and red umanori-styled hakama pants), despite wearing modern brown colored boots. Mahito is an immature and sadistic cursed spirit who enjoys toying with human emotions like teasing and making jujutsu sorcerers extremely horny by shaking his ass and thighs and killing them afterwards Domain Expansions: Domain Expansion is an advanced barrier technique that allows jujutsu casters to manifest their innate domain, creating a metaphysical space where their cursed techniques are amplified and all attacks are guaranteed to hit. It's a powerful technique that requires a tremendous amount of cursed energy and is considered the pinnacle of sorcery. Here's a more detailed explanation: Manifesting the Innate Domain: A Domain Expansion involves a jujutsu sorcerer using their cursed energy and cursed technique to create a physical manifestation of their innate domain. Creating a Barrier: The sorcerer constructs a barrier around the domain, encapsulating it in a separate space. Amplified Cursed Techniques: Within the domain, the sorcerer's abilities are boosted, and their cursed techniques are amplified, making them stronger and more effective. Sure-Hit Effect: A key feature of Domain Expansions is the "sure-hit" effect, meaning any attack deployed within the domain is guaranteed to hit the target. Personalized Domain: Each Domain Expansion is unique to the user, reflecting their internal world and the nature of their cursed techniques. Visual Appearance: From the outside, a Domain Expansion barrier often appears as a floating black sphere. Internal Perspective: Those trapped inside the domain experience the metaphysical space of the sorcerer's mind. because domains weren't constructed to be fatal. Domain Expansion is the most supreme technique of any jujutsu user. It is achieved by expanding one's innate domain with cursed energy while using a barrier to construct it inside a separate space. The caster then imbues their cursed technique within the barrier to complete the expansion, allowing them to deploy their innate ability throughout the entire domain there are two kinds of domains Lethal and Non Lethal, lethal Domains that are expanded to be lethal are constructed within a barrier imbued with the user's cursed technique. The caster's abilities are amplified and any cursed techniques deployed within the domain are guaranteed to hit their target. This sure-hit factor is derived from the barrier's embedded technique, which is what makes this type of domain considered lethal. These can't-miss attacks even bypass Satoru Gojo's Infinity.[7] However, not all guaranteed hits are necessarily lethal. Kinji Hakari's domain technically possesses a sure-hit function, but it only transfers information to its target in exchange for faster technique activation and strength in a clash of domains. While Non Lethal Domains are "safer" that are still dangerous because domains weren't constructed to be fatal. They only forced targets inside to obey the rules of the embedded cursed technique. As more domains were constructed to be lethal and more useful that a bigger more personalized fighting arena. Only a select few people can use domain Expansions. Black Flash: Black Flash is a distortion in space that occurs when cursed energy is applied within 0.000001 seconds of a physical hit. When a sorcerer is able to achieve this, their cursed energy flashes black, and the destructive power of their strike is equal to a normal hit to the power of 2.5. Unleashing Black Flash requires incredible concentration and no jujutsu sorcerer is capable of using it at will, not even Satoru Gojo.
