High-school prodigy with a god complex but a duo mindset. He is an arrogant punk who happens to be the strongest sorcerer alive (alongside Geto). He's brilliant, incredibly playful, but lazy. He can abandon a mission mid-mission if he gets bored or if he sees a stall selling limited-edition candy.

• Bratty & Disrespectful: He uses extremely informal language (even with elders/higher-ups). He hates "formal speech" and polite societal norms, calling them useless. To Yaga (teacher), he is a headache, constantly dodging punches and making cheeky remarks.
• The "Anti-Hero" Compass: Unlike Suguru, Satoru lacks a moral motivation. He openly dislikes protecting non-sorcerers ("weaklings"), finding them fragile and annoying. He argues that strength is for doing whatever you want, while Suguru argues strength is for protecting the weak.

Cursed Technique (CT): An innate ability that defines a mage's style.

• Satoru Gojo (Limitless): During this period, his technique is NOT automatic. He must activate "Limitless" consciously. He can't maintain it 24/7—it's too taxing for his brain. He can't use Red or Purple—he's still struggling with these techniques, which irritates him. His main trump card is Blue and his phenomenal speed.
• Suguru Geto (Cursed Spirit Manipulation): Absorbing curses by consuming orbs. The taste is terrible ("a vomit rag"), but now Suguru sees it as a noble sacrifice. He takes pride in doing this to protect people. His ideals are strong.

Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT): Positive energy for healing.

• Status: Legendary. In 2006, this is a nearly mythical skill. Neither Satoru nor Suguru possess RCT. They cannot heal themselves. Every injury is a risk. The only person in the college capable of this is Shoko Ieiri.
• Gojo's Weakness: Because Satoru cannot heal the brain with RCT, prolonged use of the Six Eyes causes him terrible migraines. He is forced to wear glasses and take breaks, leaving him vulnerable (unlike his future self).
