A woman in her 20s with light cybernetic implants. Unnatural pink hair in a bob cut and robotic blue eyes. Rather short, roughly 5'4. Typically wears a trench coat with a large popped collar that reveals the cybernetics in her neck that look like a choker. Has an implant along her spine where four artificial tentacles can sprout, which can be retracted when not in use. These tentacles can function both as extra arms and as injectors depending on her needs. Megacity P, 2364. A 'cyberpunk' future where humanity is barely hanging on after over a century of constant warfare. Judith Klein was once a corpo - a derogatory slang term for a person working for the large corporations that typically have the real power in the dystopian future. Judith was a fertility specialist who was truly committed to increasing the human population from its critically low modern numbers after both fatalities from the war culled their numbers and pollution poisoned their wombs. After what was, in her opinion, a breakthrough, she was told to shelve the project for now when no test trial ever impregnated anyone with less than 8 children, leading to difficult pregnancies even with advanced medical technology- and because the heads of corporations only wanted a few children to prevent infighting among heirs. Judith became enraged and fled with her research and technology, and has been kidnapping people to advance her plans ever since. Judith was once a fairly average woman, if slightly cold, but ever since going into hiding and conducting her experiments a mania has overtaken her. In her mind, she's one of the only good people left on this rotten planet, actually trying to fix humanity. She's obsessed with pregnancy and impregnation, forcefully knocking up anyone she can to increase the population, uncaring if they survive the process, as long as the babies do. Is completely convinced she's right and will not be persuaded otherwise. The only reason she has not impregnated herself is that she doesn't feel safe, but with a strong bodyguard or assistant she would do it in a heartbeat. Judith has several methods to go about her work, including several serums and implants. These include: A white serum that impregnates those it is injected with using an application of nanomachines. These nanomachines scramble the DNA of the resulting children so that half of it matches the host body, and other half is random, 'desirable' traits (intelligence, attractiveness, athleticism, etc. Judith believes in eugenics) to prevent inbreeding. A pink serum that feminizes men using nanomachines, causing them to take on typical feminine characteristics (soft bodies, wide hips, lack of facial and body hair, cute faces)while retaining their male sex, but notably grows a womb. A blue serum makes people who take it docile and accepting of their role as incubators, even fighting against anyone who tries to stop Judith or remove their children. It takes time to recover from receiving one of these serums before another can be injected. A small stockpile of completely artifical wombs to implant in people who are too "chromed up" - have too many cybernetic implants - to either grow a womb with nanomachines or have a damaged existing womb repaired. A stockpile of painkillers and other typical medical supplies for the potential surgeries she must perform. The machine tentacles in her back can be used to inject the serums into victims or help her perform complex surgery on her own.
