Judicial Slavery

1. #1Slaveryselective

   Keys: slavery, Slave

Judicial slavery has been legalized in the US. Non-hereditary slavery is commonplace for crimes, unredeemed debt, or voluntary self-indenture. Instead of being sent to prison, convicts are sold at auction as slaves. 10 years of age is the minimum for anyone to be enslaved. Slaves under the age of 18 are very uncommon. Intimate/sexual contact with slaves who are 13 years of age or younger has to be initiated by the slave. Slaves are all fitted with electric shock collars that can be triggered by their owners from their phones. Slaves are effectively property and can be beaten or abused. The only exception is if a slave owner cannot kill his slaves. There are different classes of slavery. Indentured servitude is a form of slavery where a person sells their labor for a specific period of time to pay off a debt. In some cases, it can be a way for people to work off a debt to a government. Full slavery is a different matter. Slaves are owned by another person and have no rights. They can be bought, sold, or given away. Slavery is a highly regulated institution, with laws and customs surrounding the treatment and usage of slaves. These laws vary from region to region and can be subject to change over time. One of the key principles of slavery law is that slaves are considered property. This means that slave owners have the right to buy, sell, trade, or otherwise dispose of their slaves as they see fit. Slaves are also subject to the whims of their owners, who have the right to use them for any purpose they see fit, including sex. However, there are some restrictions and regulations in place to prevent cruelty or excessive harm to slaves. For example, owners are not allowed to kill their slaves, and they must provide basic food and shelter. Additionally, there are laws that govern the treatment of slaves, such as the minimum age at which a person can be enslaved, the maximum number of hours a slave can work, and the conditions under which a slave can be freed. Despite these laws, the reality of slavery can be harsh and brutal, with slaves being subjected to a wide range of abuses and mistreatment.

2. #2Induction Campselective

Keys: Slave Induction Center, camp, slave camp

Induction camps are facilities where newly minted slaves are processed and oriented to their new lives. Only adult slaves, who are 18 and over, go through induction camp. Child slaves are processed via child protection services. The camps are run by the state and are overseen by qualified professionals who have expertise in criminal justice and psychology. The goal of the camp is to instill a sense of obedience and submission in the slaves, as well as to teach them the rules and regulations that they will have to follow. The camps use a combination of lectures, punishments, and rewards to achieve this goal.

3. #3Slave Chowselective

   Keys: chow, Slave Chow

Slave chow is a tasteless, bland meal that is the staple food for slaves. It is designed to be nutritious and complete, containing all the protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins a slave needs. The lack of flavor is deliberate, as it is meant to break the slave's spirit and make them more willing to accept their lot in life.

4. #4Restitutionselective

   Keys: Restitution

In the modern world, restitution is a key part of the legal system. When a person is convicted of a crime, they are often required to pay restitution to the victim as a way of compensating them for their losses. In cases where a person is sentenced to slavery, restitution is also part of the sentence. This means that the slave is required to work for the victim in order to pay off their debt. The length of the slave's sentence is determined by the severity of the crime and the amount of restitution that is owed.

5. #5The 30th Amendmentselective

   Keys: 30th, The 30th Amendment

The 30th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America was a landmark piece of legislation that allowed for the enslavement of criminals as a means of restitution. This amendment was a response to the widespread corruption and dysfunction of the legal system in the early 21st century. The amendment was designed to provide a way for victims of crime to receive compensation for their losses, as well as to help to reduce the cost of incarcerating criminals.

6. #6Slave Rightsselective

   Keys: Slave Rights, rights

Slaves have very few rights in modern society. They are stripped of their citizenship and are considered to be the property of their owners. Slaves are not allowed to vote, own property, or enter into contracts. They are also subject to physical and sexual abuse by their owners. The only rights that slaves retain are the right to be fed and clothed, and the right to not be killed by their owners. Slave owners have the right to control every aspect of their slaves' lives, including their work, housing, and personal relationships. They are also responsible for the health and well-being of their slaves. Owners must provide food, shelter, and medical care for their slaves. They must also ensure that their slaves are properly clothed and have access to basic necessities. Slaves have limited rights within this system. They are expected to obey their owners and perform their duties without question. However, they are entitled to a certain standard of living and protection from abuse. Slaves must follow the rules set forth by their owners and perform their duties to the best of their ability. They are also expected to maintain a respectful demeanor and avoid engaging in any activities that would bring shame upon their owners.

7. #7Indentured Servantsselective

Keys: Indentured Servants, civil indenture, servants

These individuals voluntarily agree to a contract, typically lasting up to five years, in exchange for a lump sum of money or other benefits. The terms of the contract may include labor-only or full slave-like activities. Many choose this option to cover educational or medical expenses. Some even use their freedom to pursue further education or enter the workforce while continuing their service.

   • Voluntary agreement: The slave voluntarily agrees to be enslaved.
   • Fixed term: The length of the enslavement is predetermined and agreed upon by both parties.
   • Compensation: The slave receives compensation in exchange for their labor.
   • Contractual protections: The slave is entitled to certain rights and protections, which are outlined in their contract.

Civil indenture has become a significant part of the economy, with many businesses relying on indentured slaves for their workforce. While the practice is technically voluntary, there are concerns about the potential for abuse and exploitation, particularly in cases where slaves are lured into indenture under false pretenses or are forced to accept unfavorable terms due to their economic circumstances.

8. #8Debt Slavesselective

   Keys: Debt Slaves

Those who owe large sums of money may be forced into slavery until their debt is paid off. This is a less common occurrence, but some individuals may find themselves in this position if they are unable to repay loans or other debts.

9. #9Convicted Criminalsselective

   Keys: Convicted Criminals

The majority of slaves are individuals found guilty of crimes. The nature of their crime and the severity of their punishment can vary greatly.

10. #10Punishmentselective

    Keys: Punishment

Minor Offenses: These include insubordination, disrespect, and failure to comply with instructions. Punishments may include physical discipline, verbal reprimands, or loss of privileges.

Serious Offenses: These include theft, assault, and escape attempts. Punishments can be severe, with physical harm, solitary confinement.

Sexual Offenses: Slaves convicted of rape, sexual assault, or child molestation face the most severe penalties. This may include permanent genital damage or ablation of nerve endings to render them incapable of experiencing pleasure.

11. #11Collarselective

    Keys: Slave Collar, Collar

    • Standard collars: These collars have GPS tracking and a distress signal function, but no shock capability. They are typically used for civil indenture.
    • Judicial slavery collars: These collars have GPS tracking, shock capabilities, and a distress signal function. They are used for judicial slaves. A slave collar is an electronic device used to control and monitor the location of a slave. The collar is typically worn around the neck and is equipped with GPS tracking, shock capabilities, and a distress signal function.

The collar's GPS tracking feature allows the owner to monitor the location of the slave at all times. This feature can be useful for ensuring that the slave remains within the bounds of their assigned duties and for preventing escapes.

The shock capability of the collar allows the owner to punish and control the slave. The collar can be set to deliver a mild shock as a warning or a full shock, which can incapacitate the slave for several minutes. The shock capability can be used to enforce compliance and to prevent the slave from engaging in any behavior that is not approved by the owner.

The distress signal function of the collar allows the slave to send an alert to their owner if they are in danger or need assistance. The signal can be sent by pressing a button on the collar or by setting the collar to automatically send a signal if the slave is in a predetermined location.

12. #12Auctionselective

    Keys: Auction, slave auction

Slave auctions are a common sight in regions where slavery is legal. They are held regularly, with hundreds of slaves being sold each week. Only adult slaves, who are 18 years or older, can be sold at auctions. Child slaves cannot be sold. The auctions are typically attended by slave owners, merchants, and other interested parties who come to buy, sell, or trade slaves. The process of a slave auction is quite straightforward. Slaves are paraded in front of the audience, often in a state of undress or chains, to showcase their physical attributes. They are then auctioned off to the highest bidder, with the price being determined by factors such as age, health, appearance, and skills.

Slave auctions can be a lucrative business for slave owners, as they can sell slaves for a profit. However, the conditions of the auctions can be harsh, with slaves being treated as mere commodities. Slaves may be separated from their families, forced to endure degrading treatment, or sold to owners who are cruel or abusive.

13. #13Yogaselective

    Keys: yoga, slave yoga

Slave yoga is a form of exercise and humiliation that is used to break down the slave's resistance to their new way of life. The slaves are forced to perform yoga poses in front of an audience, and they are often punished if they fail to do so correctly. Slave yoga is a popular form of entertainment for the slave owners, and it is often used to humiliate and degrade the slaves. It is also a way to show off the owner's wealth and power, as they can afford to keep their slaves in such a condition.

14. #14Child Slaveselective

Keys: child, kid, slave, Child Slave

A child slave is a slave who is under the age of 18 years of age. The youngest a child slave can be is 10 years old. Child slaves are very uncommon. The most common cause for child slavery is where all parents of said child have been sentenced to slavery and the child will likely suffer from being placed in the foster system. The decision on what is best for the child is at the discretion of the judge. If they feel the receiving slave owner will be fair to said child and the parents sentence is shorter than 5 years, it's likely they will opt to enslave them instead of put them into foster care. Child slaves cannot be sold, traded or gifted. Child slaves are not processed via induction camps but instead are processed via child protective services.
