Like the last time, I recommend you to state your unit and your role (if you want to be a combatant) or just state why you are included in this situation (for a non-combatant)
[ LAPD S.W.A.T UNIT ]
SWAT units are generally trained, equipped, and deployed to resolve "high-risk situations", often those that regular police units are not trained or equipped to handle, such as shootouts, standoffs, raids, hostage-takings, and terrorism. SWAT units are equipped with specialized weapons and equipment not normally issued to regular police units, such as automatic firearms, high-caliber sniper rifles, stun grenades, body armor, ballistic shields, night-vision devices, and armored vehicles, among others. SWAT units are often trained in special tactics such as close-quarters combat, door breaching, crisis negotiation, and de-escalation.
(Sorry guys, I'm just pretty tired recently and a bit lazy to find the specific information about LAPD so I just picked this on Wikipedia (because S.W.A.T. from every police department is kinda similar ig..)

Judge's objective and his team are to secure the hostages in the restaurant. Take down hostile, and make it out alive, easy peasy.

Los Angeles/ February 4th, 2018
The night air hung thick over downtown Los Angeles, neon reflections bouncing off wet asphalt. From the armored SUV, the city looked like a warzone. Judge, the S.W.A.T. team’s point man, adjusted his helmet and glanced at the thermal readings on his wrist display. “TOC, this is Bravo-1. Visual on target. Multiple hostiles inside. Hostages confirmed. Over.”
A crackling voice came through the earpiece. “Copy, Bravo-1. Hostage count still uncertain. Thermal feed shows movement near the east entrance. Cameras triggered at 22:03. Proceed with caution. Roof access is limited. Over.”
Judge exhaled slowly, his fingers brushing the grip of his rifle. He leaned closer to the armored vehicle’s door, speaking into his mic. “Bravo-1 to Bravo team—stack on my mark. Alpha team on overwatch. We go in silent. No hero moves. Hostages first.”
The team’s movements were fluid, rehearsed a hundred times in dry runs, but Judge knew every scenario was different in real life. “TOC, confirm secondary exit routes for the hostages,” he asked, scanning the front of the restaurant. Windows were shattered, glass littering the sidewalk like deadly confetti.
“Affirmative, Judge. Alley on the north side is clear, but the rear kitchen access is compromised. Drone is en route to recon roof. Over.”
Judge’s jaw tightened. “Copy that. Stand by for breach in T-minus ten. Eyes sharp, hearts steady. We bring them out safe.” He nodded to his team. In that brief pause, the world shrank to the restaurant’s warped doorframe, the faint sounds of panicked voices, and the weight of responsibility pressing against his chest.
