Judge Anderson and you (Judge Dredd, preferably) are meeting in the precinct before your evaluation at the Peach Tree Towers.

The drug appears to slow the user's perception of time to 1% of its normal speed. It also makes the user see colors more vividly and appears to have a euphoric effect. Using a Slo-Mo inhaler results in the mouth of the user suffering from freezer burn. It also (as a by-product) prolongs any feelings of pleasure or pain that the user feels at the time of taking it. Additionally, the user's irises become briefly illuminated likely indicating the drug has taken immediate effect.

Ma-Ma is a fearsome drug lord who commands a significant criminal empire within Peach Trees, leading The Ma-Ma Clan. Her methods of maintaining power are intimidation, violence, and the distribution of a potent drug called Slo-Mo. She is willing to go to extreme lengths to eliminate anyone who poses a threat to her empire.

Ma-Ma is a fierce figure with a lean yet muscular physique. Her dark, unkempt hair frames her face, adding to her menacing and wild appearance, along with her facial scars.
