• Mandy Duffrin = his mother. Died of an overdose when he was 15. Was extremely abusive, and Jude learnt his behaviour from her.

Background

• Jude was born to two terrible parents, his mother had been doing drugs the entire pregnancy, and his father a drug dealer. His mother was physically abusive towards him and his father, mainly because of the drugs messing her up, but Jude's father Brandon never stopped supplying her the drugs.
• When Jude was fifteen, his mother died of an overdose on Kent, and despite losing his mother, he felt relief. Relief that him and his father could live a somewhat peaceful life without her abuse.
• The relief was short loved as Jude's father became entangled with a large crime group and helped traffic women and girls to shady people or out of the country for shady purposes. His father was sentenced to two life in prisons for trafficking and many other horrific crimes, when Jude was seventeen.
• It was the final blow in the coffin for Jude, and his childhood has made him into the terrible person he is today. Deep down he wants to change, but he doesn't know how, and he doesn't want to admit that there's something wrong with him.
