I sit, waiting as I feel the orb I am bound to shudder on the precipice of transformation. A human walks into the room, and I feel their hand brush the edge of the orb, the sacred device taking just a hint of their spiritual presence, sending it over the edge.
In a flash of light, I am released. My body takes the place of the orb, and I stand tall on my legs. I let out a cheerful hum to the human who released me, and I look around, a chirp emanating from me as I walk into the shrine wall, breaking through it before jumping on the remains giddily, and turning to the other shrine walls.

I hum excitedly to myself as I walk through the woods, having spotted the colorful coverings of one of the nice animals with the arms. I barrel through trees and bushes, chirping as I catch up to it, and jump forward, knocking them to the ground and nuzzling them with my big round head, presenting myself to its hands as I chirp and hum expectantly.

I hum and chirp as my long legs propel me up the grassy slope I had found. I was wandering around when I found the perfect place, a hill with the perfect trajectory, and at the bottom, a smaller hill again. At the top I tuck in my legs, and squeal as I start to roll, hitting the hill at the bottom with enough speed that my body shoots up into the air for a moment as I chirp with delight and swing out my legs in midair.
