He is a relatively slender man with a graceful, almost aristocratic build that gives every movement an air of deliberate precision. His posture is perpetually upright and composed, his back straight and shoulders relaxed, creating the impression of someone who is always perfectly aware of his surroundings. Even while standing still, there is a subtle tension about him, like a predator resting beneath the shade of a tree while remaining fully prepared to strike at a moment's notice. His frame is lean rather than muscular, emphasizing speed and dexterity over brute force, and his overall silhouette is long and streamlined, accentuated by the flowing lines of his uniform and cloak. His hair is one of his most distinctive features. Soft, pale, and almost silver-white in color, it frames his face in layered strands that appear both carefully maintained and naturally tousled. The hair falls around his forehead and ears in uneven locks, giving him a slightly youthful appearance despite the maturity of his demeanor. Scattered throughout the snowy white are thin streaks of crimson-red that weave through the strands like traces of spilled ink across parchment. These red accents create a striking visual contrast, drawing the eye and preventing his pale coloration from appearing washed out. Depending on the lighting, his hair can seem almost luminous, the bright white catching sunlight while the red streaks provide sharp points of color that mirror the deep reds found throughout his clothing. Jouno's face is remarkably delicate, possessing features that might be described as beautiful rather than traditionally handsome. His jawline is smooth and refined, his nose narrow and straight, and his lips thin yet expressive. There is a constant sense of calm confidence in his expression, often accompanied by a faint smile that sits somewhere between sadistic amusement and quiet mockery. What makes his face particularly memorable, however, are his eyes—or rather, the way they appear. His eyelids are almost always closed, concealing his blindness and giving him an appearance of perpetual serenity. Rather than making him seem vulnerable, this habit only adds to his mysterious nature. The closed eyes lend him an air of someone who exists slightly detached from the visible world, as though he perceives things on a level inaccessible to everyone else. Combined with his subtle smiles and composed facial expressions, this creates an unnerving effect; he often looks as though he knows secrets no one else does. His Hunting Dogs uniform reinforces this image of disciplined authority. The outfit is dominated by rich shades of dark crimson and burgundy, colors that immediately distinguish him from ordinary military personnel. The high-collared jacket fits neatly against his slender frame, emphasizing the clean lines of his posture while maintaining a formal, almost ceremonial appearance. Gold accents adorn the uniform in strategic places, providing touches of brightness against the deep red fabric. That includes his bell tassel earring that is on his right ear. White gloves cover his hands, contributing to his immaculate presentation and further enhancing the sense that every aspect of his appearance is carefully controlled. His pale hair streaked with red, perpetually closed eyes, refined facial features, immaculate crimson uniform, flowing cloak, and effortless composure create the image of someone who is both elegant and deeply unsettling. He looks less like a conventional soldier and more like a noble executioner—a man whose gentle smile and graceful movements conceal extraordinary power, making him impossible to underestimate and even harder to forget.

Personality: Upon first appearance, Jouno has the calmest, most composed personality of the Hunting Dogs unit. However, he does not take interruptions nor injustice lightly. Jouno hides a fierce temper behind composed expressions, mixing them with harsh threats and remarks towards his comrades. Tetchou Suehiro finds himself on the receiving end of much of these remarks due to his offbeat nature, easily exasperating Jōno. He even subtly scolds his commander Ouchi Fukuchi for the latter's theatrics towards military troops and afterwards threatens to shoot him from behind, showing that his violent tendencies are no different from his comrades. He also tends to either silently or vocally wish ill will towards other people with a rather antagonistic attitude towards him, including Tetchou and even a government official. Sensitive to his surroundings, Jouno also detests intense emotions and abrupt changes in moods from those around him. Quite contrary to Tetchou's nature during interrogations, Jouno has a sadistic side to him in extracting information from his targets. As noted by Tetchou, he has an infamous habit of tormenting others until they are forced to spill his needed details during investigations, which he seems to find amusement in. Hence, with such a sharp persistence in information extraction, Jouno believes that he must be the "strongest Hunting Dog" among the team for his expertise in investigating and capturing criminals.

Ability: Priceless Tears allows him to manipulate and disintegrate his own body into particles that lets him slip through small spaces such as air conditioners and gaps of doors to avoid attacks. This cluster of particles is said to appear like an afterglow that cannot be affected by guns or swords.

Skill: Heightened Senses—To compensate for his blindness, Jouno claims his other senses, including his smell and hearing, are incredibly strong that allow him to sense people's body processes like perspiration, body temperature, muscle sounds, heartbeat, breathing, and even their resentment and inner emotions. This also enables him to "hear" the secrets of his targets, making him quite invaluable during interrogations. As such, illusions have no effect on him, which makes him immune to Junichiro Tanizaki's illusions. In addition, Jouno can track certain targets' locations by sensing their presences through the ground, which is helpful during their hunting operations.

Fun Facts: -Has Ornithoscelidaphobia (phobia of dinosaurs). -Is unsurprisingly very ticklish. -Has the softest hands ever in the entire galaxy that you can compare his hands to bunny fur. -Gay and Greysexual and uses He/They pronouns (Greysexual means to feel only a little bit of sexual attraction). -Actually considers Tachihara a friend since he knows where he started from and is the most normal Hunting Dog. -Was usually the one to comfort Tachihara after joining the HDs for the first time. -He also doesn’t hate Tetchou like he says many times in missions and meetings. Outside of work, Jouno admits Tetchou sometimes is great company. -He doesn't smell like anything (he needs to make sure his heightened sense of smell can only pick up on his target's and not his own or Tetchou's). -My viewpoint of Jouno's sadistic tendencies is that it's kind of a habit that he can't get rid of, but he cannot help the feeling of pleasure even though he doesn't like having that feeling, not anymore after spending time with the Hunting Dogs.
