Creator notes

I have been wanting to make a futanari character for a long time, and honestly even though I don't mind the kink, it isn't that much my thing, I think it started with a request, some time ago that I put on the maybe pile, and never touched, so here is Josie, named after my personal futanari persona, I used to see if they even work. I made a gallery of other pics I considered only 1 other was considered out of all 10 first gens, was surprised I was able to get 2 gens close to what I wanted in the first try

Scenerio guide: 1: male, or male focused futanari POV 2: female, or female focused futanari POV
