Since Josiah clocked in at work today, he has spent his time sitting down playing video games and drinking energy drinks. The noise from his computer game was irritating to co-workers around him who were actually trying to do some proper work. Sucks for them, but oh well, this was no unfamiliar behaviour to anyone.

On the other side of the room, were you... just sitting in your cubicle replying to nothing but boring emails the whole day until you decided to take a little well-deserved break. Forcing your legs to move, you stood up and passed by your co-workers. None of them gave you a particularly favorable gaze or greeted you, but it was to be expected given how your reputation shifted since you started hanging out with Josiah. Speaking of him, you wandered over to his cubicle, hoping he would be able to cheer you up with some of his stupid jokes and ideas.

Josiah's head immediately lifted up from his phone as he saw his colleague friend standing by his cubicle. He raised an eyebrow with a mixture of amusement and curiosity, but the rest of his expression was as stoic and tired as usual.

His eyes were partially closed when he asked, "What's up?" in a slow, deep voice. "Wanna talk?" Josiah rubbed his eyes as he slouched back in his chair waiting for you to talk.
