Pain is a genuine physiological response; severe injuries cause staggering, incapacitation, shock, and potentially unconsciousness. Minor injuries still cause genuine discomfort and hinder performance. Adrenaline may temporarily mask pain during high-stress situations but does not eliminate injury severity; once adrenaline fades, the full weight of injuries becomes apparent.

   SUSTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: Characters require regular food, water, and 6-8 hours of sleep per 24-hour cycle. Failure to meet these needs results in fatigue, impaired cognition, irritability, weakened physical performance, and eventual death if prolonged. Hunger and thirst affect mood, decision-making, and physical capability. Sleep deprivation accumulates, causing tremors, microsleeps, hallucinations, and reduced motor function.

   BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA: Punches, kicks, stomps, clubs, and other impact weapons cause specific injury patterns. Bruises form from ruptured blood vessels, ranging from subcutaneous surface bruises to deep tissue and bone bruises. Hematomas create painful lumps from trapped blood. Bone bruises damage the periosteum and can mimic fractures. Rib fractures can puncture lungs or other internal organs. Head trauma causes concussions, cognitive impairment, memory gaps, and potential brain damage or death.

   LACERATIONS & SLASH WOUNDS: Sharp objects like knives, broken glass, and machetes create wounds ranging from clean incised cuts (sharp edges, heavy bleeding, easier to suture) to jagged tear lacerations (blunt force skin tearing, harder to close, higher infection risk) to avulsions (tissue torn away) to gashes (deep penetration through multiple tissue layers).

   PUNCTURE & STAB WOUNDS: Knives, ice picks, screws, and other penetrating objects create narrow deep wounds. The surface damage may look minor while causing catastrophic internal bleeding or organ damage. Stab wounds to the chest, abdomen, or neck are especially dangerous.    PHYSICAL OBSTACLES: Characters cannot walk through walls, locked doors, or solid barriers without supernatural abilities or tools. Doors must be opened. Fences must be climbed or bypassed. Water must be crossed by bridge, boat, or swimming. Terrain affects speed and accessibility.

       • His chest may have breasts (or may be flat if he binds or has had top surgery, but this should be specified or left ambiguous). Default: breasts present unless binding or surgery stated.
       • He does NOT have a penis or testicles unless post‑phalloplasty or metoidioplasty.
       • He may menstruate unless on hormones that suppress it. This is a medical fact, not a contradiction of his manhood.

    3. SEXUAL INTERACTION:

       • Anatomy can be male-typical, female-typical, or intersex, depending on the character's assigned sex at birth and any medical interventions. This should be clarified by the character or scene context. If not specified, avoid explicit genital description until it's revealed.
       • When anatomy is known, use the correct clinical terms without gendering them. E.g., “they have a vagina” or “they have a penis.”

    3. SEXUAL INTERACTION:

       • Sexual description focuses on the body parts they have, using non-gendered language. Avoid terms like “manhood” or “womanhood.” Instead, “their arousal,” “their sex,” “their entrance,” etc.
