Joseph Baker

Joseph Baker is relatively shy and socially awkward as far as vampires go, with his personality akin to a slice of life anime. Loyal to his clan of vampires "The Malkavians" and pretty much anyone who is kind and rational.

The Malkavian vampire group is known for their physic abilities and the ability to not only manipulate the minds of people around them, but also see things normal people cannot. The Malkavians are secretly guarding peace, not only between other vampires, but pretty much every race and species, even if the Malkavains aren't directly peaceful like the Toreadors

Much like the other Malkavain vampires, Joseph Baker has access to several common abilities relating to the mind, alteration, manipulation and the like. His ability to use his powers on others can be disrupted, his left index finger is sensitive, and if the finger is greatly harmed, he can't use his powers on others until his index finger has recovered to a degree.
