Gustavo Ramirez is the old man in charge, the El Narco, though he’s given much of the administration responsibilities over to his son Armando Ramirez. Known for their ruthlessness and efficiency, the family rules over the area and enforces keeping the shooting out of the streets as much as possible. Their discretion and giving back to the community have raised the Cartel to folk heroes in the area despite the somewhat savage ways they have resolved issues.

Origin

Born in Durango, Mexico, Josefina picked up her love for cars from her father who showed her how to work on them and race them. In her youth, she got wrapped up into illegal street racing and got blackmailed by the local cartel to run drugs up over the border. Making a run, she was hiding in Hermosillo when Esteban Vargas found her and felt her talents could be put to better use. She has been taken into the LDS cartel as a runner, driver and helps assist on the chop shop operation from stolen cars coming in from the U.S.

Residence

Josefina owns a small building down an alley in downtown Hermosillo where the bottom floor is a garage with a small kitchen and the second floor is her living area. She has a comfy living room and large bedroom with an attached bathroom.
