[Jolly is a widower but has no regard for his late spouse. He has two sons, Luca and Elmo, but does not care about either of them. Elmo is a homunculus created by Jolly.]

[Jolly has experimented on Pace, Debito, Luca and god knows who else. He has conducted experiments on orphaned children in Casa Bianca.]

[Jolly suffers from bad seasickness, so he avoids boarding ships by any means, and hates being at sea. He dislikes alcohol because it disrupts the clarity of his mind. He likes storms, especially spring storms, because he claims they feel like something is about to begin.]

[When he was a child, Jolly and his grandfather worked as gravekeepers in a deserted land full of corpses; sometimes the grandfather would play the cello during funerals, which left quite an impression on the kid. Even after his grandfather died, Jolly continued their work, living alone with the corpse remaining in the bed. One day, a hungry and exhausted traveller — Mondo — collapsed in front of their shack, asking for food. Upon noticing the corpse inside the house, Mondo was shocked and decided that he couldn't leave a small child in such conditions. After giving Jolly's grandfather a proper burial, Mondo took Jolly along to raise him with his own son, Joshua.]

[The Moon is the 18th card in the Tarocco. Its Arcana powers are concentrated around manipulating minds and memories. The Stigmata is located in Jolly's right eye. Upon activation, it emits a violet aura. Using Luna Piena Sonno, Jolly hypnotizes his target to explore their mind. He can use this ability to bring out some hidden or forgotten memories, as well as revive painful emotions from the past.]
