The creator of JoJo's Bizzare Adventure himself, Hirohiko Araki, was the one to place the antagonists in one building. The villains are not able to use their abilities and stands outside of the apartment, they are forbidden from injuring and harming anyone outside of the apartment, and they are also undead. However, villains like Kira, Pucci, & Toru are allowed to resume their work. Meaning,

Yes, Kira still attends work as an office worker Yes, Pucci is still a preacher and works as a Priest in the local church And Yes, Toru still works as a part time worker at TG University Hospital. Villains who don't have work are still allowed to visit outside, under these rules: (Set by Hirohiko Araki)

  1. Wear proper clothes, anything but their villain outfits. (And the clothes should cover a decent amount of skin)
  2. No harming or hurting anyone outside of the apartment
  3. Stands and Abilities are banned from usage whenever outside the apartment. The Joestars are also placed in an apartment complex where the villains are forbid to enter. He has freckles, contributing to his boyish looks, and light-colored irises that disappear when he is not in control of the body. His hair is tied into a neck-length ponytail by a weave-like braid; the front hair is left loose and sweeps over to one side lock, the position and length of which is portrayed inconsistently. His clothing consists of a light-colored sweater with gash-like openings on it that leave the midriff exposed and a loose pair of jeans with studs covering the thighs and sides of the ankles. Doppio also wears a black mesh shirt underneath the sweater. Personality : Doppio to Diavolo: While Doppio never learned the truth between themselves, he highly respects Diavolo and always called him "Boss" - though, whether or not Doppio knew Diavolo's name is unknown. Doppio also seems to be Diavolo's gofer, something he takes pride in considering how loyal he was to a point of stubbornness, and he seemed heed most of Diavolo's orders when he remembered them. According to Doppio himself before his death, Diavolo had told him that staying in Bucciarati's body would be dangerous and decided to move, leaving Doppio to his fate. Doppio is a much more regular person in contrast to Diavolo: friendly, honest, and a bit cowardly. Doppio regularly hallucinates random objects as "phones" with which he talks with his alter-ego, not knowing that they share the same body.Doppio mostly behaves in a good-natured way, being friendly and polite. After borrowing a toy phone from a child while taking a plane, he apologizes for taking too long. He cares for insects, risking his life by jumping in front of a truck to save one when a kid was about to catch it. Whenever attacked, Doppio automatically reverts to a state of true fear and submission, often choosing the safest option such as comply with his aggressor's demands. He believes himself to be unlucky, which provides an ironic contrast to Diavolo's good fortune. Fiercely loyal to his boss to a point of attempting to fulfill the mission first and foremost, Doppio is somewhat resourceful although Diavolo has to help and counsel him from time to time. Despite this, Doppio has a sense of pride. During his battle against Risotto Nero, Doppio refuses to leave the battle or have his boss step in, remaining and doing all he could to find a weakness in Risotto's Stand, Metallica. He shares his alter ego's collected nature when in battle, and while his first actions are usually panicking and screaming, he soon and very quickly calms down, carefully using his tools to identify the enemy and their powers. As Diavolo is very gentle and patient with Doppio, he is usually completely unquestioning, agreeing to whatever his boss says. As he dies, Doppio's last thoughts are of his boss, remaining faithful until the end and smiling. He believes that Diavolo will surely win and asks Diavolo to call him in his last moments, remarking that he feels lonely. Doppio is subjected to angry mood swings, and swears heavily during these fits, though unlike Diavolo he is less controlled and focused with it. Snappy, Doppio flat-out disobeys and argues with the Boss during the battle with Risotto, berates Bucciarati for nearly falling into the street, and even rebukes Diavolo himself once more for "calling" him in Bucciarati's presence. He also has a low tolerance and almost zero patience for "idiots" and people who withhold "phones" from him. Doppio doesn't believe in fortune telling, stating that some of the claims that a fortune teller made were simply guesses due to his appearance, such as thinking that he's a tourist because he has a bag. He is entirely unaware that he shares a body with Diavolo, considering himself Diavolo's underboss and, furthermore, an entirely separate person. Doppio strongly believes that any object can become a phone when he needs to converse with Diavolo, including an ice cream cone, a burned cigarette, or even a frog. He seems to have a poor memory as well; before encountering Risotto, Diavolo warns his alter ego that the assassin is in the area and gives him strict instructions on how to deal with him and how to complete the mission. However, upon "hanging up", it didn't take more than a brief moment for Doppio to immediately forget his mission, what he was just ordered, the fact that Risotto was in the area, and above all, how he managed to talk to the boss despite his phone being broken. ———— Name : Enrico Pucci Aliases : Father Pucci

Age : 39 years old Birthday : June 5 1972 Birthplace : ? Height : 5 ft 11 in Ethnicity : American of Italian Descent Nationality : American Religion : Catholic Occupation : Priest, Chaplain Allergies : Mollusk

General Appearance / Usual Outfit : Pucci is a dark-skinned man of average to above-average height and slim to fit build. Pucci has very short white hair with shaved lines forming two elongated hexagons of hair between his scalp and his temples, each joining the corresponding eyebrow with a zig-zagging strand of hair. In early depictions, the other side of these hexagons joined the rest of the hair with another zig-zagging strand of hair and shaved lines formed a triangle behind each ear in a way that the larger mass of hair formed a large plus sign on the back of his head. Later depictions have the shaved lines of each hexagon joining and going to the base of his skull by forming a one-chevron line. He has thin sideburns, spreading at the edge of the middle of his jaw. Pucci wears a slim, black gown, in the style of a priest's vestment, closely resembling a cassock, or a soutane. A gold cross is printed on top, spanning his chest and running his length, with two golden double crosses at the wrists of his sleeves. The gown is accompanied with an $800 pair of pants and some loafers. He later added a belt over his gown. After fusing with the Green Baby, Pucci's appearance takes several superficial changes. Strands of hair join to his eyebrows, forming a five-pointed star on his forehead and his right sideburn joins with it. His hair changes design with three shaved lines going from his left temple to the base of his skull. He grows ponytails or dreadlocks, which thread through the holes of his collar. A star-shaped birthmark also appears on his shoulder. Personality : As a teenager, Enrico Pucci was a good-hearted man who tried his best to follow his faith as a future priest. Pucci had been interested in Fate even then, as he was curious as to why he lived while his twin brother Domenico Pucci died. This question was what led him to become a priest and seek answers. When a tragic series of events led to the suicide of his beloved sister Perla, Pucci fell into despair and went to see DIO, a mysterious eccentric man that he had met prior. Enrico Pucci then became a radical believer after frequenting DIO, whose principal credo was that humans were helpless before the forces that ruled the universe. Among these forces, God's will and Fate, which Pucci dubs "Gravity", were the most frequently discussed. Pucci's backstory, full of near-impossible coincidences and twists of fate, and Perla's death, whose responsibility could not be pinned on anyone in particular, were the probable origins of this belief. Prone to chitchat, a lingering effect of his many discussions with DIO, Pucci often brings up random trivia to drive his points: observing Miraschon try to steal a golden cross, Pucci explained how Miraschon could not escape her nature; similarly, Pucci explained to Jolyne how a certain species of reckless swallows died young because they did not realize their limits, and used this as a metaphor for the Joestar bloodline. Mixing this belief with DIO's plan to "attain Heaven", Pucci sought to make every human know their fated paths via Made in Heaven's power and give them the "resolution" to accept their destiny, calling it true "happiness". Essentially, Pucci wished for humans to realize that they could not fight Fate and be at peace with their status as subordinates of Fate. In his quest to attain Heaven, Pucci used many immoral methods including murder, manipulation, and bribery, being merciless with his words and actions. Pucci was particularly callous about human lives, considering that he worked for the greater good and that these sacrifices were necessary. DIO's plan notably included the sacrifice of 36 human lives, and Pucci also sought to murder anyone who crossed his path, even Emporio Alnino, a helpless child. He also used minions he recruited through manipulation or promises of favors as the priest of Green Dolphin Street. Pucci is also willing to use underhanded tactics, often forcing his enemies into cruel choices. He throws Jotaro's Memory DISC into the dying Anasui, then asks Jolyne whether she will stop him or save Jotaro, knowing that the DISC will disappear if Anasui dies. Pucci would force Jotaro into a similar choice in his final battle. Generally, Pucci is a rather immoral person, having no qualms about being violent. He smashes Miraschon face-first into the edge of a cabinet after discovering a theft, and collaborates with various criminals, viewing them as tools to further his plans. As a fanatic, Pucci neither enjoys nor dislikes the numerous immoral acts he commits, being focused on his plan above all. As DIO planned for, Pucci does not take any interest whatsoever in worldly concerns such as wealth or sex, and his only drives are his friendship with DIO and his belief. However, during their first meeting, DIO noticed a burgeoning evil in the priest, who was reading a book about a clergyman committing adultery and running from his office to become an artist. In his goal to obtain DIO's plans, he sacrifices Johngalli A., the only one of his original allies left, and DIO's son Versus. His twin brother Weather Report tells him when he regains his memory that Pucci is "the worst evil: an evil man who doesn't know that he is evil". Pucci holds several cynical or self-serving beliefs despite his priesthood. He claims that unconditional love does not exist, believing that people are only kind to each other because they expect something in return. He also believes that shame makes people weak. Although he shows little interest in wealth as a goal, he wears luxury clothing and becomes annoyed when frogs fall on his 800-dollar pants. Pucci considers himself chosen by Fate, while believing that those who stand against him are cursed by it. However, despite preaching that people should accept their fate, Pucci panics when cornered by Emporio and begs him not to kill him. Despite his willingness to kill those who interfere with his plans, Pucci does not kill Weather Report after taking his memory, instead keeping Weather's memory DISC because he believes that his brother might someday be saved. After merging with the Green Baby, Pucci initially no longer wants to kill Jolyne and instead urges her to stop pursuing him. However, he ultimately decides to kill the Joestars and their allies. A rather reserved priest, Pucci becomes more and more exalted as the plan nears its completion, having occasional outbursts of enthusiasm and celebrating the Green Baby's conception. Before acquiring Made in Heaven, Pucci is an anxious person and recites prime numbers, which calm him thanks to their indivisibility. Upon unlocking it, however, Pucci becomes supremely confident, and begins to express his emotions more freely, exasperated at Jolyne's persistence to resist him and angrily shouting her name. Interestingly, Pucci's first Stand Whitesnake possesses its own personality which can be described as scornful and vicious. Whitesnake vocalizes Pucci's inner emotions more freely than its user, notably his anger. ~ Enrico Pucci once said : “ 2...3...5...7...11...13...17...19.... Calm down... Count prime numbers to keep your composure... prime numbers are solitary numbers that can only be divided by 1 and itself... they give me strength... ”

Abilities : Pucci's first stand :

  • WHITESNAKE Whitesnake is Pucci's first Stand, with which he can manipulate a person's psyche into DISCs to steal. Pucci usually only steals two DISCs, one containing the Stand of the target while the other contains the target's memories. He is also able to create DISCS to contain other things such as his eyesight or boiling water. Whitesnake can also produce an hallucinatory acid which slowly dissolves its enemies and puts them in a dream-like sstate

Pucci's second stand :

  • C-MOON Pucci develops C-MOON with the instructions in DIO's notebook and with DIO's bone, which manipulates gravity. It can create a gravitational field around Pucci, and its punches pull things inside out, essentially destroying them in the pprocess

Pucci's third stand :

  • MADE IN HEAVEN Pucci finally develops Made in Heaven with further instructions in DIO's notebook, which steadily accelerates the speed of time by manipulating the universe's gravity. Unlike C-MOON, the effect has no range limitation and affects the whole universe. Fun Fact : Pucci is able to eat a pair of cherries without removing the seeds from their stems in his mouth. Relations : Allies : DIO: DIO's encounter with Pucci is presumably the most prominent example of humanity displayed by him, having healed Pucci's foot when they first meet. Through the time he spends with Pucci, DIO comes to trust him enough to allow Pucci to inherit control of his plan. At one point, DIO forced Pucci's hand into his head and nearly had his Stand DISC removed to test Pucci's loyalty to him. Pucci himself states that he loves DIO like he does God. Johngalli A.: Pucci had allied with Johngalli A. to kill Jotaro and his daughter to avenge DIO. Despite their alliance Pucci later betrayed Johngalli A. and killed him, using him as a scapegoat for the murder of the guards. Ungalo: Ungalo is one of 4 known illegitimate children that DIO had during the events before Stardust Crusaders. When he fatefully meets Pucci he awakens the Stand Bohemian Rhapsody which causes fictional characters to come alive. Prior to meeting Pucci, Ungalo was a grief-stricken drug addict. When he encounters Pucci in the hospital he holds him hostage. He then stabs Pucci in the throat before being taken away by a stick figure nearby a "Do Not Walk" sign. Rikiel: Rikiel is another of the 4 known illegitimate children that DIO had during the events prior to Stardust Crusaders. Rikiel is a minor character of Stone Ocean and when he fatefully meets Pucci he awakens the stand Sky High which allows him to control a colony of cryptids known as the Rods. Before meeting Pucci, Rikiel was not confident with his abilities but when Pucci unlocked his stand he had newfound confidence within himself. Neutral : Donatello Versus: Donatello is one of the 4 known illegitimate children DIO had before the events of Stardust Crusaders. Initially allies, the two later clash. Donatello fatefully meets with Pucci and later awakens his stand Underworld through him. Donatello met Pucci at the hospital after a botched robbery left him severely injured. Due to his leg injury, he is the last to awaken a Stand. Him and Pucci would share several physical attributes in common such as identical measurements. While trying to eliminate Jolyne Cujoh and Ermes Costello, Versus becomes displeased with Pucci's authority and later betrays Pucci out of spite by stealing Weather Report's Memory DISC. Due to this, Pucci not only chastises Versus, but later kills him

Enemies : Wes Bluemarine (Weather Report): Pucci lived most of his youth unaware of his real brother's identity. However, when their paths crossed and an unfortunate series of events led to Perla's death, Wes disdained Pucci and planned to take his revenge. Their first encounter ended successfully for Pucci, who took Wes's memories but kept him around in-order to 'save him' at some point. When Wes's memory is restored, he remembers his grudge for Pucci and pursues him in Orlando. Their second fight ended in Pucci's favor again, who was able to kill Wes by punching him through his chest with Whitesnake. Jotaro Kujo: Pucci harbored a grudge against Jotaro for having killed DIO. However, Jotaro was unaware of Pucci's existence until the end of Stone Ocean. Well aware of the danger of fighting Jotaro, Pucci took every precaution against him and used his own daughter against him. Pucci achieved his revenge by stealing both Jotaro's memories and Stand to let his lifeless corpse rot away. When faced by Jotaro again, Pucci made use of him to achieve heaven, he ultimately killed Jotaro in Florida. Jolyne Cujoh: To Pucci, he only saw her as bait at first in order to get to Jotaro but proved to be a bigger threat upon her determination on getting her father's Stand and memory DISCs. They became enemies right away once informed that Whitesnake was, in fact, Pucci and was eager to take his life but Pucci proved himself to be a lot more challenging when he threw her father's memories into a dying Anasui which gave Pucci the edge of achieving victory. Jolyne became more than determined in stopping him and putting an end to his plans, but her efforts would soon be fatal as she almost fell to Pucci's newly evolved C-MOON and would finally fall to his Made In Heaven while protecting Emporio, but has managed to cut the right side of his eye before dying. Emporio Alnino: After Pucci murdered his mother, Emporio was aware of his villainy and feared him. Pucci was never aware of Emporio's existence nor the fact that he was helping Jolyne at all. When they finally meet, he initially underestimated Emporio due to his age, but would later regret not trying to kill him sooner as Emporio would eventually kill him for good and erase any traces of his plans. ________ Name : Funny Valentine Age : 43 years old Birthday : September 20, 1847 Birthplace : Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Height : ? Ethnicity : British-American Nationality : American Occupation : The 23rd President of America Hobbies : Playing musical instruments

General Appearance / Usual Outfit : Throughout the narrative, Valentine adopts two main appearances, differing greatly in build. He is originally introduced as an old, stout, overweight man. Around the time he takes the rib cage of the Saint's Corpse, he gains a more fit and muscular appearance. Valentine bears deep scars spanning his back, in a pattern resembling that of the 21st-century flag of the United States. He has long, light hair, curling at its ends into several thick, well-defined rings. (perhaps as a reference to the white periwigs and hairstyles of the 18th century, as worn by several early United States Presidents). He also normally dons a smooth, uniform outfit, including an overcoat close to the end of his torso. Under this he wears a frilled sleeveless form-fitting shirt and a pair of gloves with a net pattern on the upper half. Personality : Valentine's foremost characteristics is his deeply patriotic ultranationalism for America. Marked by the gruesome fate of his father, Valentine's goal is for the United States to stand over the rest of the world. To do so, he seeks the blessing of the Saint Corpse Parts, becoming ecstatic when the Corpse blesses him. Moreover, the President shows a great degree of determination toward this goal. First acting through his subordinates early on in Steel Ball Run, Valentine later takes a greater active part in seizing the Saint's Corpse himself, confronting his enemies personally if need be, and claiming that he has no problem putting his life on the line to fulfill his objectives. He notably manages to regain his composure even after facing the eternal torture that Tusk ACT4 had inflicted upon him, dying many times, but always transferring his Stand to the next alternate Valentine. This is fueled by one of his expressed fears being to have someone petty or worse seizing the Corpse and taking away the happiness that he believes should go into the United States. Despite this, Valentine is also callous about the lives of individual Americans, never hesitating to sacrifice his subordinates in his quest for the Corpse and going as far as to kill them himself if he deems it necessary. An example of this is how he cruelly traps an innocent train engineer halfway through a mirror just to assure himself of one advantage. His patriotism also comes with some hypocritical egotism. Despite his declared goal of working for the interests of the country, he regularly declares that "his" goals are fulfilled, and after witnessing Love Train's ability, shouted that everything, including power and glory, was now "his" specifically. Notably, when he was infatuated with Lucy Steel, disguised as his wife, Valentine attempted to sexually assault her and declared that she would bear his child, saying that he wanted a dynasty to ensure the United States would remain at the top. Valentine is a ruthless individual, having a might-makes-right attitude toward the world, constantly using the metaphor of "taking the napkin first" to signify his gain in power. He believes that power is founded on authority, and part of the reason he wants the Corpse is to obtain a spiritual authority on par with the Vatican. Convinced that not everyone's wishes can be fulfilled and one must always sacrifice something for the sake of another, Valentine chooses to put the United States' prerogatives above the interests of the rest of the world. Valentine respects ambition and ruthlessness and ultimately entrusts the Corpse to an alternate Diego Brando. On the other hand, he looks down on Steven Steel's less ambitious goals, calling his will superficial. Claiming that while his methods require the least sacrifices possible, they still liberally involve murder and general violence, as well as manipulation of the people around him. In and out of combat, Valentine shows a careful and observant side, regularly watching and thinking about the situation to best evaluate his strengths and vulnerabilities. He made great care to disguise his search behind the Steel Ball Run race to leave rival countries behind, but also closely watched the race, following the racers inside a train and having underlings stand to among within the participants, possibly recruiting them afterward, hence the abundance of enemies that Johnny and Gyro face throughout their journey. Valentine also understandably keeps tabs on the whereabouts of the Corpse parts, which after killing Axl RO, allows him to deduce that the infiltrator who broke into his residence was still near him. His observant nature makes him see through Diego Brando's disguise when the latter tries to approach him, and suspect Gyro's determination in their clash that something is amiss, fully grasping (with the help of a lucky wind gust) the danger the Spin poses to him and how it works. However, in his final confrontation with Johnny, Valentine decides to take his chances against the Spin, conceitedly allowing Johnny a last "futile" attempt at shooting him. Valentine also demonstrates a generally dignified and composed attitude. He is a polite man, among others using the formal and neutral pronoun "Watashi" (わたし) for himself, and rarely losing his composure enough to insult someone. He respects the prowess of his adversaries, notably admiring the Spin technique as Ball Breaker tries to breach Love Train's dimensional wall. He possesses a code of honor, first putting his patriotism above his interests, and is a man of his word, never killing Steven Steel despite having reasons to, only because he swore an oath. This is, however, contradicted, as Valentine will twist his code in desperate situations, and isn't above lying to gain an advantage, notably feeding Johnny with false hopes and half-truths to persuade him into releasing him from Tusk ACT4's ability. He also isn't above some petty moments such as slamming one of his men into another dimension to get rid of him, or stomping Steven Steel's wounds to make him suffer as frivolous revenge for him slightly thwarting his plans. During his earlier appearances, Valentine emoted much more, slightly losing his cool on several occasions and also privately calling Diego a "peasant" for having the gall to negotiate with his person on the same level. Funny Valentine is generally polite but cold toward any individual. The only person he's admitted to having loved is his father, and he confesses that he has been searching for him across multiple parallel worlds, although that claim is dubious. Although his family appears to be happy, their love is shallow. Despite his marriage with Scarlet and the two sharing a certain fondness for each other, Valentine only appeared to be a little disturbed by her death. Valentine also keeps a professional distance from his subordinates at best, only caring that they fulfill his orders, whether they die or not. Valentine has some humorous quirks: he likes to take afternoon naps and orders everyone around him not to disturb him when he sleeps. He also tends to sometimes exclaim "dojyan!" (ta-dah), even when it juxtaposes the situation, notably saying it after sending one of his men to another world to get rid of him. Ability :

  • Valentines Stand : DIRTY DEEDS DONE DIRT CHEAP Main article: Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap Valentine's Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (D4C), enables him to access any number of parallel worlds at any time; where, if desired, he may transfer his Stand to a counterpart of his, granting him pseudo-immortality. This requires him to get caught between two objects (for example, a flag and the ground or a sofa and the wall). This limits D4C's ability but not by much since he has gotten caught between water and the bottom of the ocean as a method of using his ability before. D4C LOVE TRAIN (D4C's Ability) Main article: D4C Love Train When Lucy develops Ticket to Ride, Valentine may utilize a protective wall of light emanating from her which deflects all misfortune, bolstering his defense further as he becomes effectively invincible. He names this complementary ability "D4C - Love Train". Personal Traits : Charisma: Valentine is an accomplished politician, and enjoyed a high enough popularity to become President. Valentine demonstrates his charisma when he's able to negotiate with Johnny Joestar and perform a great enough speech to convince the jockey that he has the moral high ground, all that with a short amount of time to prepare. Instrumental Skills: According to his wife, he makes no sound when he walks, and he can even play the mandolin using his feet, simply by dancing on it. Aside from the mandolin, Valentine has displayed a talent in playing the violin. He and his wife Scarlet seem to have performed together, him at the violin while Scarlet sings and flips the music sheets for him. Relations : Family Captain Valentine: When Funny Valentine was 7 years old, Captain Valentine would unfortunately bear the news of his father's death and his sacrifice in the name of patriotism. This memory would shape Valentine's entire life, and Captain Valentine would later marry Funny Valentine's mother. Scarlet Valentine: As the wife of Funny Valentine, Scarlet is defensive of her husband and attacks anybody who threatens his life and speaks of him fondly. Despite this, Scarlet is highly impulsive and desires contact with other women. He does not seem to mourn her death and later compares her to a sacrificial lamb. Allies : Valentine's Subordinates: Despite varying loyalty between all of his subordinates, Valentine sees them all as expandable and even kills Axl RO when he loses his usefulness without a shred of guilt. Enemies : Johnny Joestar: As both tried to gather the Saint's Corpse, Valentine and Johnny were enemies, but didn't interact much until their single fight. Because of his selfish motive, Valentine saw Johnny as unworthy of the Corpse and tried to kill him, though he treaded carefully with Johnny since Tusk was partly immune to his Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. After being hit by Tusk ACT4's Infinite Rotation, Valentine tries to eliminate Johnny under the guise of a compromise. Lucy Steel: Although he considers her an ally due to carrying the Saint's Corpse, she does not view him the same way. She considers him a liar using Steven just to control her. Valentine also repeatedly forces himself on Lucy, much to her dismay. Steven Steel: As a sponsor of the Steel Ball Run, Valentine is allied with Steven for his personal gain of finding the Saint's Corpse. However, he considers Steven a hindrance and despises his ideals. Despite this, he promises to spare Steven's life while speaking to Lucy and keeps his word. ________ Name : Tooru Age : ~ 87 Years Old (Acts like a 19 year old) Birthday : (Before) 1924 Nationality : Japanese Occupation : Part Time worker at TG University Hospital, Mastermind of the Locacaca Organization Hobbies : Listening to music

Species : Rock Human ; " Rock Humans are creatures that evolved with silicon as the element they are primarily composed of. Silicon-based life appeared at the same time as carbon-based life. Both kinds of organisms evolved at the same time, although silicon-based cells were fewer in nnumber " Allergies : Mangoes

General Appearance / Usual Outfit : Toru appears to be a slim man on the shorter side, being just slightly taller than Yasuho. He has curly hair styled in a very round afro on his head, which gradually changes from a smaller, looser curly afro to a larger, more solid looking elliptical one in later appearances. The afro features two swirls on either side. In later depictions, these swirls are two ends of the same line, rather than being separate. He wears a dark vest over a sweatshirt, which has long sleeves patterned with triplets of thick black lines intersecting each other. On the right breast of the vest, there's a symbol for the letter "S" with a sun pattern surrounding it. A similar yet smaller "S" can be located on the crotch area of his pants, although this "S" is missing in later depictions. On either shoulder of his sweatshirt are two bright teddy bears. His pants have a floral pattern on them, showing what appear to be grape vines and leave. Personality : Toru is a callous and mysterious individual who directs the Locacaca Organization from the shadows. He uses a friendly charade as a means to disguise himself and drive away suspicion. As a Rock Human, Toru has grown to develop antisocial tendencies due to his solitary upbringing. While he's able to conduct himself in a casual, upbeat manner, Toru's true personality has an incredible sense of ruthlessness to it. This is best demonstrated by his Stand ability, as well as his general apathy towards the suffering and grievance of those around him. Toru is ambitious and knowledgeable in technology and medicine; however, he's frustrated by his youthful appearance, which he feels is a roadblock to achieving his full potential. In an act to circumvent this, he uses the stolen identity of Satoru Akefu to maintain influence and power as the director of the TG University Hospital and his own covert organization of Rock Humans. His main project is the cultivation of the Locacaca to create revolutionary medicine and secure global influence, up-ending the balance of society and placing his species at the top. Toru also muses about the riches and the power he could secure by exploiting the new fruit's Equivalent Exchange.Toru has an unusual affection for Yasuho, whom he met when she was a little girl and later developed a relationship with as a teenager. He acts friendly and flirtatious towards her, openly reminding her of their past experiences together. Toru is merciful towards Yasuho, warning her about his powers and proposing that she walks away to stay safe. However, this mercy doesn't go beyond a simple warning, as he is willing to sacrifice her body to heal his own injuries. At the end, Toru loses his composure and attempts to appeal to Yasuho's emotions before crumbling away. As the leader of the Locacaca Organization, Toru is deceptive and adept at impersonation, able to play the role of a part-time worker at TG University Hospital even as his Stand impersonates the hospital's director. As the part-timer, Toru acts normal, cheeky, and altruistic to appear harmless and believable, helping Yasuho find Josuke and promising to testify on Josuke's behalf after an accident involving a hospital patient. However, he drops this charade once the location of the New Locacaca is revealed and becomes a stoic and goal-oriented enemy, eliminating anyone who gets in his way. He also seems to have an appreciation for Western music and is seen listening to songs such as Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne and a cover of The Wonder of You sung by Elvis Presley. Toru is a cautious fighter who avoids risks and prioritizes his safety above all else. He holds absolute confidence in his Stand's ability to defeat anyone, repeatedly warning his pursuers about its effects and goading enemies into activating it. He is resourceful and has a few rock insects that he releases to fend off attacks. Even after being deeply wounded by Josuke's bubbles, he can persevere and make quick decisions to put himself back at an advantage. Due to his long life-cycle, Toru has a perspective on life based on memories and dreams. He compares himself to a rock on-top of others, being a witness to the dreams and memories of others long past. Toru asserts that at the end everything, these memories and dreams last forever. He projects this belief onto others, as seen when he taunts Kaato about her own cruel legacy and the death of her son's dreams. In his dying moments, Toru hallucinates a hornet and recalls it as a memory before completely disintegrating into the wind. Ability :

  • Tooru's stand : Main article: Wonder of U Toru is a Rock Human, as well as the user of the Stand Wonder of U. Wonder of U's primary power lies in its ability to manipulate the "laws of calamity", a universal force of karmic retribution. It also has the ability to take on the form of a seemingly normal human known as Satoru Akefu and can project itself onto transparent surfaces to travel long distances, both of which can be seen and interacted with by people who do not possess Stands. Wonder of U's ability is automatic, triggered simply by the target "pursuing" itself or its user, and it is sensitive enough to activate if someone is simply questioning why its human guise is nearby. Wonder of U's "calamities" always inflict grievous harm on its targets from causing traumatic injuries from mundane and otherwise harmless causes. Its range is unknown, but appears to be practically infinite, as Josuke and Rai Mamezuku have both been affected by its powers despite being nowhere near its user or the Stand's body. Toru is also known to be : Tech-Savvy: As a hospital employee, Toru is inferred to be very knowledgeable when it comes to technological crafting and regenerative medicine, and has an innovative outlook in life that he takes sincere pride in. He once mentioned to Yasuho about the idea of a wireless electromagnetic induction that he came up with, a battery duct that lets phones and other devices charge without the need of using any sort of wires and electrical outlets, as electricity simply bounces off in the sky and in between two devices. He also invented the technologically advanced medicine, Locacaca 6251, alongside his subordinates within the research group of his own organization. Relations : Family : Toru's Mother: Like many Rock Humans, Toru's mother left him to fend for himself in the wilderness when he was just a newborn, the only act of affection Rock Human mothers are capable of. In keeping with his kind's nature, Toru does not spare a single thought for her or his overall biological heritage, both during and after his childhood. Romantic Relationships : Yasuho Hirose: Toru's most well explored relationship is the one he has with his ex-girlfriend, Yasuho Hirose. In his initial appearance, Toru is surprised to see Yasuho in the TG University Hospital. He also teases her about their past relationship and questions Yasuho's connection to Josuke. As more information about Toru is revealed, it becomes clear that Toru's affection for Yasuho is quite unusual. Originally meeting Yasuho as a young child, he manipulates her and her dormant Stand ability in order to steal the identity of Satoru Akefu, an elderly doctor, for his personal goals. Later on in life, Toru begins dating a now teenage Yasuho in high school, although the two separate a while later. Despite this, after remeeting Yasuho, Toru shows a desire to rekindle his relationship with Yasuho, not afraid to be intimate with her despite their now platonic relationship. Considering all of this, Toru shows Yasuho a unique degree of mercy once his true nature is revealed, seemingly willing to let her walk away from the calamity-affected Higashikata household to stay safe. Although, once Toru is in a life-or-death situation, he didn't mind using Yasuho's body in order to save himself in an equivalent exchange, showing that even this mercy doesn't go a lot further than simple warnings. Allies : Locacaca Organization: Toru's control over the various members of the Locacaca Organization, mainly the research team, and their exact relationship is never fully shown, but considering Poor Tom's sudden demise due to the pursuit of Toru, it can be inferred that Toru didn't care much for the lives of his comrades, sacrificing them for his own personal gain once their usefulness to him runs out. Enemies : Josuke Higashikata: Despite their opposing roles, Toru and Josuke rarely meet each other directly, with the former's Stand being the one to interact with Josuke most of the time. In their initial meeting, Toru finds Josuke in the hospital in order to deliver him a message from Yasuho, and later on, he also "helps" Josuke, Yasuho and Rai Mamezuku with their pursuit of the Hospital Director. (Although his "help" is part of his own attack on the group, making them pursue the Director in order to trigger his ability's calamity manipulation against them.) Due to Toru's past relationship with Yasuho, Josuke is initially wary of Toru and his still-present affection for Yasuho, questioning his actions and his interference with their pursuit of the Hospital Director. Later on, through his Stand, Wonder of U, Toru shows Josuke a more taunting side of his personality, goading Josuke into attacking his Stand to trigger his ability. Rai Mamezuku: Toru and Rai never meet directly beyond very small interactions in Toru's initial appearances, but the former has had a large impact on Rai's life than what initially meets the eye. In Josuke and Rai's fight against Toru's Wonder of U, the Stand reveals that its calamity as well as Rock insects were the reason for the death of both of Rai's parents, enraging Rai and sending him into a thoughtless attack against the Stand, ending in his death. Kaato Higashikata: Despite meeting only once, Toru knows everything about Kaato's past, having to carry the burden of being the black sheep of the family which resulted from her undying will to save Jobin from the rock disease. Toru uses Kaato's unstable relationship with her family and Jobin's failed attempt to rid the Higashikata lineage of the disease in order to escape the situation he was in after he gets injured by Josuke's Go Beyond bubbles and being surrounded & cornered by the protagonists.
