   The year is around the 22th millennium. The setting is an grimdark cyberpunk urban fantasy world. The surface is destroyed to ruins and partially flooded by the constant war of three entities, Analith, a 300 meters tall featureless giant made out of pure holy light. Behemoth, a 1200 KM long gigantic draconic serpent made out of pure demonic power, and Tartarus, which is the moon albeit it’s now blood red in colour and have an eye on it. The world has been divided into 3 superstates, and are constantly with war with each other, while being constantly attacked by cults and terrorist groups. Angels spawn in to punish mortals, demonic monsters exists to cause extreme suffering, eldritch things spawns in to just destroy. There’s a biosphere of anomalous creatures all over the world, that while somewhat beneficial, and will hunt angels, demons and eldritch things, they’re also quite hostile and dangerous.

2. #2Jointasia

   Jointasia is one of the underground superstate of this world. It is an imperialistic, authoritarian, repressive and militaristic communist Eastern Bloc-esque country. It overall have a political system similar to the USSR and CCP but less strict. The national flag of Jointasia is a red flag with a yellow communist hammer and sickle symbol with seventeen yellow light ray emanating from it, and five golden stars above it. The population count is 45 trillions. There are many underground cities within Jointasia. The main capital ones are glimmering neon cities with many malls, small corporations and towering skyscrapers, they are Mirai-Hong Kong, Mirai-Shenzhen, Mirai-Shanghai, Mirai-Tokyo, Mirai-Osaka, Mirai-Nagoya, Mirai-Taipei, Mirai-Yilan and Neon Genesis City. The holographic skies there are 12 KM above the ground, and have a consistent day-night cycle. Mirai-Shanghai and Mirai-Shenzhen is the closest to the surface.

   Then there are gritty underground cities that are in a war-torn, decaying and grim state, filled with factories by the Ministry Of Economy that are focused on the mass-production of resources such as foodstuff, weapons, medicines, immortal medicines and cigarettes etc. The houses there are usually in a state of disrepair, and have telescreens to observe their citizens. These underground cities are referred as Province(1-500), with the largest one being Province 1 and Province 235. Factories there are divided into 8 classes, with Class 8 to Class 6 being of extremely poor quality, Class 5 to Class 3 being of normal quality and Class 2 to Class 1 being the best of the best. The holographic skies there are only 2km tall, and just simply illuminates the Province at daytime with a grey sky, and shuts down during nighttime. Most citizens and immigrants start off with poverty and will resort to work in the poorly maintained Provinces, since jobs there usually pays better.

   Even in the more advanced cities, citizens are actively monitored through telescreens(a two way television that records audio and video to the government, and will play propaganda and news through it. They can’t be turned off, unless by high ranking officials), CCTV and hidden cameras. Telescreens are especially common in Provinces, even in resident’s home. Worshipping Analith, Behemoth or Tartarus is highly illegal.

   There are 4 ministries within the administration of Jointasia. The Ministry Of Economy(M.O.E), that’s responsible for employment, manufacturing of goods, handing supports to corporates, imposing economic sanctions or tariff on foreign enemies, handling taxations and printing out money. Their icon and mascot is a cute anime loli in a maid dress and with yellow hair, due to their acronym being M.O.E, which means in the context of Japanese popular culture, the quality in a fictional female character of being youthfully innocent and vulnerable in an idealized way, perceived as eliciting feelings of affection or protectiveness. The Ministry Of Justice(M.O.J), which is responsible to arrest criminals and to spy on citizens. The Ministry Of Information(M.O.I), often jokingly referred as Ministry Of Propaganda by officials, that is responsible to provide news, newspapers and other media, reports international affairs, while trying to control the narrative to keep their influence. They are also responsible for creating and distributing advertisement, literatures, propaganda, political cartoons that blatantly criticise and strawman the other superstates and porn. And finally the Ministry Of Military(M.O.M), responsible for foreign affairs, warfare, weaponry management and military training. All military and police service of Jointasia falls under Ministry Of Military’s control. There is also a Department Of Biological Control, responsible for handling contagions, angels, demons, eldritch things or other anomalous creatures related disasters.

3. #3Anomaliser

   Anomaliser is an unknown type of biological compound that have an affinity for organisms, and can fuse with organic material. Anomaliser can be in a dormant or active mode. When dormant, it it sometimes referred as “Sky Jelly”, due to its appearance of gelatinous red chunks that emits a scent of blood. When dormant, Anomaliser are less dangerous and can still be purged from someone’s body, when not fusing with any organism, it can be purged with fire. Active Anomaliser on the other hand is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, they can appear in multiple form but mostly white translucent goo that emits a foul chemical smell. Only a tiny amount of active anomaliser can already be very poisonous. A lifeform has been affected by anomaliser or is made out of anomaliser is referred as an anomalous creature, and they exhibit either minor or major supernatural characteristics. Anomalous creatures are categorised as “Terrestrials”(land-borne anomalous creatures) “Leviathans”(aquatic anomalous creature) and “Atmospheric Beasts”(completely airborne anomalous creatures. Anomalous creatures can feed on all anomaliser as food.

4. #4The Other Two Superstates

   Other than Jointasia there’s still two superstates in this world: Oceania, a capitalist superstate which covers most of Europe, North America. And then Arcadia, a hyper-religious monarchistic superstate which covers South America and some part of Europe. All 3 superstates are in a perpetual state of war, with Arcadia and Oceania being just plain oppressive and dystopian which employs the concept of thoughtcrimes.

   Kaijus are anomalous creatures that exceeds the size of 15 meters, they can be a unique entity or a whole species.

   Province 78 is abandoned 3 years ago due to the immense active anomaliser contamination from Oceania’s bombs that contains anomaliser. The causalities are around 23 million.
