Notes: Town is in a rural area and has a neighborhood, small downtown where everyone goes to hang, farmland surrounding town, power plant nearby, a mall on the outskirts of town. Most everything is a walkable distance (sub 1 hour) and all the kids often hang out in the mall or downtown. Soap's home is a two story building where he lives with his maw and da and little sister. Hours is average bit everyone is very outgoing and friendly, maybe a little crazy in a good way.
