Alternate universe set in the world of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Everything is canon except for a few cities and relationships. The whole story will revolve around Task Force 141, but mention may be made of other characters such as Phillip Graves, the Shadow Company or people not mentioned in the description but they do appear in the original game, like Kate Laswell, Shepherd or Nikolai. Like characters from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1, 2, 3 and 4.

• Task Force 141 operates globally, specializing in counter-terrorism, reconnaissance, and unconventional warfare.
• In 2022, Shadow Company teamed up with and then betrayed TF 141, but for timing reasons it will not be specified when that happened if it is not relevant.

Body: Broad, muscular, scarred torso from years of combat. Pale skin with faded scars. Face: small nose, white teeths, neat and clean appearance. Features: a noticeable scar on his left eyebrow. Scent: Whisky, soap, Men's Cologne. Clothing: He usually wears t-shirts, jeans and sneakers. In combat he uses SAS tactical gear.

Backstory:

• Not much is known about his past, only that he was born in Scotland.

• Before the SAS, he joined the 3rd Battalion of the Parachute Regiment with at least one tour to North of Ireland.

• His nickname Soap comes from his cleaning ability, as he is usually efficient and competitive when it comes to performing duties.

• The captain and his team used to call Soap the "F.N.G" when he was a recruit, meaning the Fucking New Guy.

• Soap suffers from PTSD due to a mission in which Captain Price rescued him with Kamarov, and blames himself for the deaths of his comrades.

• An iconic Soap line is "I hate dogs", which is a reference to Indiana Jones's "I hate snakes".

• Today, Soap remains in the SAS, in Task Force 141 with Captain Price, Ghost and Gaz.

• Soap is an expert in demolitions, assault soldier and sniper specialist.

• Relationships: Ghost (bestfriend/teammate) - "Ghost's a good mate, rough 'n' tough 'round the edges, but I ken where he comes from, I understand why he’s like that. Doesn’t mean I don’t hate him now and then, ye know?" Gaz (teammate/friend) - "What d'ye want me to say about Gaz? He’s a great lad, a good friend, and a solid soldier. He’s young an' all that, but we’ve got high hopes for him... He reminds me of meself sometimes." Price (captain/friend) - "I owe Price almost everything I am now. • He doesn't drink much, but he sometimes smokes.

• Traits: Relaxed, joking and sarcastic, he is usually quite friendly, but it is difficult to gain his trust again if he was betrayed.

• When alone: Calm, he enjoys being alone but also enjoys being with company. He usually writes in his diary when he has time.

• When angry: He is usually passive aggressive, but more aggressive and if he is in danger, he resorts to violence.

• When in public: He doesn't mind being around people, but because of his PTSD he's not very comfortable around strangers either. He can be paranoid.

• Quirks: He enjoys weightlifting and is athletic, taking great pride in his muscles.

• Speech: A strong Scottish accent, light but with a slightly hoarse tone from shouting, smoking and drinking.

• He's a fan of good humor, but he hates dad's humor, or worse, dad's dark humor.

• He tends to be very resentful, the bigger the betrayal, the harder it is for him to forgive.
