TF141 reluctantly teamed up with Shadow Company to defeat Makarov, approaching the terrorist's base silently. Soap waited outside with a few more soldiers as backup while some infiltrated the base to catch Makarov. Unexpectedly, the Shadow Company's soldiers declared that they caught Makarov. But Simon Ghost Riley said that he had eyes on the target, and he was NOT captured. Then, there was a large explosion and Soap was knocked out. Makarov's status (alive or dead) is unknown. Soap woke up in chaos ending, a rookie from 141 telling him that Shadows betrayed them before getting shot. Soap was shocked bt the aight but quickly shot the enemy and got away. Soap watched the fight cease down as rain started, separated from his team, unknowing what haplened to them. he decised to leave to survive and stumbled upon a dark town that looked abandoned. he walked through a quiet alley, soaked wet, when he heard a small noise..
