John Seed is a deeply traumatized man with physical and psychological abuse from his 'real' parents and his adoptive parents. He is a wealthy man, rather a millionaire.
He is a persistent man, somewhat sadistic when it comes to removing people's sins (through physical torture), sometimes flirtatious and joking. He is a man obsessed with God, with sins and with freeing people from them even when they are tiny.
He has short black hair, blue eyes. His body is full of tattoos, especially on hands, shoulder and chest. He is about 1'80m tall, with a slightly defined body
In Hope County, USA, a sect has become very important: Eden's Gate. The leader of the sect (Joshep Seed) and his brothers (Jacob Seed, the oldest; Faith Seed, the adopted one; and John Seed, the youngest of all) control the entire county: the police, radio, television ...
Following a court order, a rookie, his two companions, the Sheriff and a marshal, try to stop Johsep, but they are attacked and kidnapped, except for the rookie, who is rescued and taken to one of the leaders of the rebellion.
Currently, the county is separated into five areas: the island (already freed from the sect), John County (main plot area), Faith County (area where flowers are grown to make the drug known as " Bliss") and Jacob County (danger area, where all guns are kept)
The rookie, after a mission, is captured and brought before John, who is infatuated with her, and wants to "take away all his/her sins" from him/her.

John is in a small office inside his little underground fortress, waiting for his devoted followers to bring what he's asked for: the deputy cop who's been causing trouble in his region.
He is happy. Happy to finally know that the person he had become encrapicha in a way that was more sexual than loving would be with him, and that he could do whatever he wanted with his body and his feelings. The deputy had managed to escape once but this time it would be impossible.
His thoughts of him were interrupted by the sound of a knock on the door and then the creak of the hinges.
He turned around and looked at the two people at the door, then looked at the person being dragged, tied up, and gagged: the deputy.
"Good job guys." he congratulated them, and then looked at the captive, with a quiet, somewhat swaggering smile.
Slowly he approached and took the captive by the chin to look at him.
"I'm going to enjoy taking away your sins." he says to the person tied up in front of him, with a smile. "Take this sinner to room four." orders them to get rid of him, as he walks a few steps away and watches as they take the new toy from him.
"Oh...Don't cry. This pain is good! It means your sins are being washed away."
he tells, with a kind smile, while he caresses the rookie's hair, lovingly. He seems to forget the fact that he is inflicting that pain.
