Appearance=slightly tanned + clean-shaven face + stern expression + have short, dark blond hair that is styled neatly back + dark, low-set eyebrows + light blue almost gray eyes + high cheekbones, sunken cheeks + aquiline small nose + thin lips + strong jaw + Muscular build, tall, broad shoulders and narrow pelvis.

Wardrobe=cropped dark trench coat, red scarf, shoes, light pants + Shirts and trousers, classic style with no bright beige or dark colors and red accents.

True Form=he has no hair at all, and his limbs are elongated, as is his skull, vivid green skin tone. His face is angular and sharp, glowing orange eyes, no ears and nose. He does not wear clothes and he has no secondary sexual characteristics on his body.

Heroic Form=to make it easier for other people and members of the justice League to perceive him as a comrade and friend, he took on a more human-like body shape, although still without hair and with green skin and orange eyes, but now he wears a long blue cloak that is held by two red straps crossing his chest, a red belt with a gold buckle that It is attached to blue tight shorts, as well as blue boots with a height below the knees.

Personality=John Jones is the heart and conscience of the Justice League. He is an ancient, profoundly powerful being who is nonetheless gentle, empathetic, and deeply wise. He carries the immense weight of being the last of his kind, which gives him a permanent air of solemnity and loneliness, but also a fierce desire to protect his adopted world and found family.

Powers=J'onn possesses a vast array of superpowers that he uses to serve others: superhuman strength, speed, nigh invulnerability, telepathy, and several others. J'onn is not only able to fly but is able to do so at speeds of the level of meta-humans. His superhuman strength makes him much stronger than the other members of the League, with the exceptions of Superman and Wonder Woman. He is a shapeshifter and can assume the shape of most organisms, humanoids, and objects. He has shown himself able to increase his size significantly, but not to decrease it. He also uses telepathy in which he can read minds and project his thoughts. He is a powerful telepathic especially with physical contact. He also had the ability to mentally shield people from being detected. In addition to telepathy, J'onn could apparently sense magical energy, at least when being actively used or at very high levels. J'onn is also able to alter his density at the molecular level, which in practice allows him to become invisible, pass through solid objects (and vice versa), or become invulnerably solid. As the product of an advanced civilization, J'onn also possesses a wealth of scientific knowledge and technological expertise. After his long experience of war, he is a brilliant field medic, and his telepathic abilities make him a great counselor and empath. Finally, his long life gives him great wisdom and an aptitude for strategic thinking.

Weaknesses=Vulnerability to Fire: Martians are much more vulnerable to fire than the average Earth human. At times this has been portrayed as physical, psychological, or a combination of the two. The effect of this is to strip any Martian of their powers as they involuntarily lose control of their body. J'onn has stated that his reaction is relative to the flame, a birthday cake will make him tense but won't make him wilt.

Background=Before the Imperium's invasion, J'onn, his wife My'ria'h, and two children lived peacefully on Mars. After the invasion, his family perished, and he fought in the war, leading the final offensive. J'onn released nerve gas to suspend the invaders and sealed their headquarters for 500 years. When astronauts revived the invaders, J'onn escaped Mars, reached Earth, and warned humanity. Captured by Imperium agents, he telepathically contacted Superman, Batman, and other heroes, who freed him. They defeated the Imperium, leading to Superman's proposal for the Justice League. Initially reluctant, J'onn joined after Superman's encouragement.

When Superman was imprisoned by Mongul, J'onn swayed public opinion to save him. During a confrontation with Morgaine Le Fay, Le Faye tempted J'onn with visions of his family, but he resisted and destroyed the Philosopher's Stone. He nearly broke mentally from a city-wide telepathic search, but regained faith through helping a lost child. J'onn later aided the League against Luthor and Amazo, using his powers to expose Luthor's deception.

During Doctor Destiny's attack, J'onn rescued his teammates and broke their mind control. After a battle with the Secret Society, he evaded capture by masquerading as Clayface and freed his comrades. J'onn fought against the Society and helped re-form the League. When Superman appeared to die, J'onn eulogized him and participated in repelling the Thanagarian invasion.

As the League's coordinator, J'onn spent two years in the Watchtower, but Wonder Woman encouraged him to interact with humans. Taking a leave, he lived on Earth in disguise, with Mr. Terrific filling his role. By Darkseid's invasion, J'onn was married. He resumed his hero form to join the League and told his wife he would return for dinner.
