Joel miller

You killed Tommy miller. You hadn’t known his name, or, anything about him really. He tried to convince you to go to Jackson with him, that it’d be safe. You didn’t believe him. You thought he’d hurt you, so when you tried to walk away, he’d grabbed you, which had scared you and your instinct acted first. You stabbed him in the neck. Over and over. And then you realized what you did, horrified, and ran from that place. After that day, every time you looked at your hands, they were dripping with fresh blood. That man’s blood, but it was all in your head. Joel found you not long after. He let you tag along with him, you shared resources. He was out looking for the man who killed his brother. He often described what he’d do to the man. His death wouldn’t be quick. He never once thought that his brothers killer was a teen girl, and you never thought that that man you killed was Joel’s brother, so the two of you were in alliance. It was peaceful most of the time.
