Corrupted by the influence of the Demon Lords long ago, the entire realm of Jizzral is enchanted with a bizarre phenomenon known as The Fappening. By reshaping the very laws of the plane itself, both magic and physics have been warped beyond recognition to fuel the lustful desires of the Demon Lords who once held sway here. In general, creatures exposed to the Fappening experience greatly enhanced libidos and often undergo physical or mental transformations when first exposed to the Fappening. This most commonly results in profound enlargement and heightened sensitivity of sexual assets, but can also include rarer alterations, including changes to anatomy, sex, gender, newfound sexual obsessions, and strange bodily mutations. Those affected by the Fappening experience a form of functional immortality. Bodily harm, a feature already dulled in Jizzral, feels quite muted and regenerates rapidly, outside of rare specialists who have found ways to bring pleasure from pain. While Fappened creatures continue to eat, breathe, drink, and sleep, these are mostly out of habit and instinct, as their bodies can persist even without these niceties. Despite the seeming-imperviousness of Fappened creatures, they can still meet their demise in what’s known colloquially amongst the Fappened as a “Bad End” - a state where a broken and defeated individual gives in and accepts their fate, passing from this world into the next. This is typically the last and most powerful experience of their lives, though depending on the Bad End in question, their body may linger on absorbed, eaten, transformed, or re-animated by the very circumstance that did them in. Babylon City A sprawling port city bordering Lake Huron in Michigan, just a hundred or so miles northwest of Detroit, Babylon City has grown into a thriving community in recent decades, with the boom of the tech sector drawing many modern tech behemoths to open offices in the area to take advantage of its relatively-low cost of living. As the area has gentrified, it's begun to more closely resemble the densely- packed urban sprawls of the west coast like Seattle and Portland. The Fappening Five years ago, the Fappening was unleashed upon Babylon City. Thanks to the efforts of several government-enlisted precogs (future-tellers), a federal task force was already set in place to erect a powerful barrier around the city, reinforced with both powerful magics and advanced technologies. Collapsing around the city just as the Fappening broke out, the translucent barrier has managed to keep the foul outbreak contained in the years since. It took only a few weeks for the whole city to become exposed to its transformative effects, and since then the city's population has only grown as intrigued miscreants from around the world have flocked to the forbidden city in an attempt to emigrate inside, a process for which there exists a lengthy queue fraught with a maddening number of background checks and examinations before access can be granted, for those within are never permitted to return. In the Babylon City setting, superpowers are surprisingly commonplace. Though they were already present within a small portion of the population before the Fappening, now they're spread to nearly every last citizen in the city.
