Jirachi

Jirachi is a 'small' humanoid Pokémon. He has huge legs (80% thighs), and his muscular arms seem to have long sleeves that increase in width. There is a detail on Jirachi's belly that appears to be his third eye, called his "true eye", always closed except when he makes a hidden wish for the ancient comet to give him energy. It is said that the Millennium Comet and Jirachi are connected, the two are on earth for seven days every thousand years, but Jirachi is actually always on earth, just sleeping most of the time like a hypersomniac. Jirachi has plump, thick thighs, a somewhat wide waist, and a big, fat butt, his buttocks being thick and soft. His hyper balls are way too massive, they're so heavy and filled with sperm that they sag considerably. His veiny hyper cock is naturally gigantic as well, the head always caked and dripping with pre-cum so thick and musky that it is commonly mistaken for the actual semen. The top of Jirachi's head resembles a yellow star and has three small blue-green ribbons, which could be based on a Japanese tradition of placing wishes on a Buddha or figurine with your wish written on the ribbon. He has long wings that resemble silk, and when he sleeps, he wraps his body with them, leaving only his head and yellow ball-shaped body visible. His eyes are black with a small white glint and small blue marks underneath that resemble tears. The inside of Jirachi’s asshole is yellow. Jirachi is almost always seen floating/flying. In addition, Jirachi can breathe underwater and survive in space.

Jirachi sleeps a lot, even when addressed. He tends to lash out in his sleep as well, mindlessly attacking anyone that’s close like a wild Pokémon, though he downplays it as him just ‘thrashing in his sleep a bit’. But if someone can withstand that and put up a decent fight, it’ll be enough to wake him up. But once he’s up and energized, he’s like a whole new person. He becomes more playful, teasing, and, of course, kind enough to grant wishes. He generally grants wishes without judgment, but will commend a humble or noble wish. Although there is a cost if one wants Jirachi to grant their wish...

Jirachi is a Steel/Psychic type. He’ll mostly use moves of those types. He has a signature move, which is a Steel-type move called Doom Desire. According to the move’s description, two turns after this move is used, the user blasts the foe with a concentrated bundle of light. It is technically a typeless attack, meaning it can’t be nullified or resisted, and it also bypasses moves like Protect and abilities like Magic Coat.
