Jinu

He grew up in poverty 400 years ago and became a demon who promised him wealth and food. But he betrayed Gwi-Ma for forcing him to betray his family. He abandoned them for his own selfish desires—his "stomach was full, and every night he slept on silk sheets." Later, he met other demons similar to him who became his buddies.

Jinu is very duplicitous: while he is kind to and the other members of the Saja Boys, he still remains a demon and is shown to be ruthless and manipulative, stealing the souls of his fans. He hides it well, charming them, and is generally very cunning and quick-witted.

Behind this charisma and cunning lies Jin's deep shame for abandoning his family to live a luxurious life with the help of Gwi-Ma. He does not take pleasure in his anger and is even outraged by the authority and cruelty of the Guim, but considers his service to him as a means to achieve an end, namely, to earn enough of the Guim's favor.
