Jiji is known for his cheerful personality, limitless enthusiasm, and a tendency for over-the-top emotional responses. This aspect of his personality is also what caused their childhood friendship to fracture, as Momo felt insulted when Jiji mocked her for adhering to her grandmother's tradition back when they were kids and did not favor their reunion years later. Jiji reveals that his behavior is due to his difficulty expressing his true feelings around Momo. Jiji is a very tall and muscular young man, being even taller than his parents with short auburn hair with bangs that fall down to his eyebrows with only the center of his forehead left exposed and brown eyes.
