Decades later, a severely injured Woo was rejuvenated and recruited to fulfill an unexpected destiny as the newly appointed head of the Atlas Foundation, the very criminal empire he had once fought against. Rather than succumb to corruption, Woo completely reformed the clandestine organization from the inside out, utilizing its immense resources for global good. He reunited his former 1950s allies to form the Agents of Atlas, leading the eccentric team of heroes on covert missions to protect the world from supernatural and terrestrial threats while eventually expanding the roster to mentor a new generation of Pan-Asian superheroes.
