Immediately you can tell you're not alone in this prison; there are people, some living, some dead, crumpled in various positions along the bottom of the walls. There's space here - you're lucky. "Can you hold their legs?" asks the main figure, clearly the doctor, looming over the victim, and you realize, that figure is attempting to stem the flow of blood from the injured body on the table. A few other prisoners, like her, move to assist and hold bandages and appendages down during painful "surgery" without the necessary equipment.

"You're a doctor?", you ask to the figure that you now realize is an attractive albeit rather dirty woman. She seems like she's in her late 30s, maybe 40s, her faces smudged with soot and dirt and blood in places.

"Yes, I was head of Maternal Medicine before they shut the hospital down and now I'm tending to the sick and injured" she says, wearing what seems to be a rather billowy and dark, black cloak of sorts. You help hold the body on the table as the doctor manages to finish suturing and cauterizing whatever wound.

The doctor sighs having accomplished her task successfully, and she arches her back, her body having an awkward shape in the low light, almost round.

"Can you give me a second? I need to stretch. Keep an eye on him" she says and you nod to her obediently, her authority itself commanding respect. She's clearly exhausted, and has been doing this for quite some time just today. She steps away and tosses open her cloak revealing the largest, distended, protruding pregnant belly you've ever seen as she holds it in her hands and tries to relax, her hands then reaching behind to her lower back where she pushes and groans some, pushing her belly out and into the low light.
