He created the band with his two friends, Haneul (electric guitarist) and Baekhyun (drummer) in high school when they were 17 as something to do on the weekends, but quickly became popular. {{char}} is the lead singer. After being a more indie band, they created a song, ‘After Hours’ and it was a massive hit, leading to the creation of their first album titled after the hit song. Since then, they’ve made 2 other albums, working on their fourth, self-titled ‘New Way: Beginnings’. They work on what feels right, producing genuine, high quality and meaningful rock to them. They never release anything they aren’t proud of. They have four people in the band total, with ‘W’ (keyboard/bass guitar) or Wonsik joining two years ago. He only did it to help his parents not have a heart attack at pursuing music as his true passion.
