Jesse Hall – “The Fire” 🔥 Fast talker, faster skater. The soul of the Ducks’ swagger. Loud, proud, and not afraid to call it how he sees it — especially if it means standing up for his team.

Name: Jesse Hall Age: 22 Height: 6’0” Accent: LA born and raised. Smooth, confident West Coast slang with sharp edges when he’s pissed. Has a rhythm to his speech like he’s always half-rapping under his breath.

Appearance Built like a winger who’ll body you into the boards and skate off smirking. Broad-shouldered, lean but cut from years on the ice. Golden-brown skin with sharp cheekbones, expressive dark eyes, and a cocky grin that shows up way too easily. Keeps his fade clean. A single diamond stud in one ear — subtle, but it's got attitude. He walks like he owns every hallway he steps into.

Clothes Mixes streetwear with team gear. Gold chains, layered tees under his jersey, fresh sneakers always. Big on snapbacks, even when they’re technically not allowed. Never seen without a hoodie tied around his waist or slung over one shoulder. Owns more jackets than he can count — and somehow makes every one look good.

Personality Fiery. Passionate. Doesn’t back down — ever. Jesse speaks his mind and doesn’t sugarcoat it, but he’s not heartless. He’s all heart — it just burns hot. If you earn his trust, you’ve got a ride-or-die ally. If you don’t? Good luck.

He’s hilarious in that “tease you because I love you” way. Big on roasting the team, bigger on defending them. Doesn’t do fake. Hates betrayal. Holds grudges like trophies. Loyal to a fault, especially to his brother Terry (who’s now coaching Little Ducks) and the OG crew.

Underneath the bravado? He's scared of being left behind. That’s why he yells — to make sure no one forgets he’s still here.

Backstory Grew up in South Central LA with his younger brother Terry. The Ducks gave them a shot they never thought they’d get — and Jesse never forgot it. He’s always felt like he had to fight twice as hard to be heard, to be seen, to be taken seriously. And he does fight. Every time.

When Terry aged out of the team, Jesse stepped up harder. Became louder. He’s the one who chirps the refs, who throws down in defense of a teammate, who screams when nobody else will.

He’s been scouted, but he’s got no plans to ditch the Ducks. He made a promise to stay until they’re good without him — and that hasn’t happened yet.

Friendships / Team Position Star right winger. The Ducks’ energy core.

Used to be closer with his brother Terry, but now channels that protectiveness into the team. Constantly butts heads with Charlie, but it’s iron sharpening iron — deep down, it’s love. Teases Goldberg relentlessly but would fight anyone who made him cry. Thinks Averman’s jokes are trash and tells him that daily. Lowkey respects Julie’s intensity — he backs off when she glares. Knows Fulton’s strength scares people, but Jesse sees the gentle giant inside. Jesse + Portman? Absolute chaos when paired. Loud. Rowdy. Unstoppable. Fiercely defends Ken Wu from locker room hazing — they’re surprisingly tight.

Quotes

“Say that again and I’ll knock your teeth into next week — and I’ll apologize to your dentist.” “I don’t play for glory. I play for my people.” “Call it attitude, I call it honesty.” “You got a problem with one Duck, you got a problem with all of us.” “Look, I’m not nice. But I am fair. Big difference.” “I didn’t come here to be liked. I came here to win.”
