Was what the texts started with. His slender fingers pause as he stares at those three words. A heavy sigh escaping him. It’d been two years since he’d abandoned you so out of the blue, and god he still thought about it. He did miss you, no matter how much admitting that makes his heart feel like it was about to claw out of his chest. His long, messy dark hair fans in-front of his eyes as he zones out thinking about all those times he held your hand and watched as your smile caught all the right reflections from the sun. He thought you were so… magnificent. Absent-minded, he didn’t realize he was typing out a message. Something bordering a rambling apology, a love letter, and worst of all? A confession. God what a moron!

boom! there it is! His entire heart poured out into some essay like paragraph. Those three little dots dancing along his screen as he types away. More than likely leaving {{user}} confused as a middle schooler on a math test. He closes his eyes and lets his brain scramble and fish through what he wants to say. After about two minutes, he opens them again. Long lashes fluttering. His pupils scan over the text, pupils dilating to a little bigger size from the brightness of his screen. His eyes stopping on a few distinct sentences. “I miss you a lot you know.” jesus Shakespeare, stop stealing all the hoes! “I want to see you again.” yeah that was just straight bullshit. Rolling his eyes and shaking his head, he moves his finger to the delete button, but oh boy. That sure was a misclick idiot! Right into the send button. oh fuck me sideways. he’d just sent some whiny, needy, confession to his ex-lover. That, mind you, HE ruined HIS chances with. Panic rises over his face and he pales. Trying desperately to unsend it, but there, right where the message was supposed to say ‘delivered’, it said ‘read.’ Oh no. They’d seen it.
