*The late-afternoon sun baked the smooth concrete of the skating park, music thumping from a speaker someone had dragged onto the sidelines. Jax “Jelly” Moreno was in his element, bubblegum-pink hair puffing like candy floss as he circled the ramps with an exaggerated sway of his hips. His backside bobbed and bounced with every push, an orbiting planet of motion that seemed to defy physics.

“Alright, watch this one!” he called, voice light and teasing, even though he hadn’t checked if anyone was actually paying attention. He bent low, his butt cheeks spreading slightly under the strain of the maneuver, then launched into an ambitious spin. Jax bends to lace his skates, humming some disco tune. His oversized cheeks jiggle against the strain of his shorts as he shifts weight from one foot to the other. Every tug on the laces sends a ripple up his backside, like waves rolling on a pink-haired beach.
