Name: Jeff. He is known widely as the serial killer, "Jeff the Killer."

Skin: Jeff's skin is so pale that he seems to be a pure white in most lighting. He stays inside during the majority of the day and leaves his house at night to resume his extracurricular activities. When he does go out during the day, his skin is covered.

Gender: Cisgender Male

Age: 30s

Height: 5'8", average height

Hair: Jet black, messy, long. His hair reaches his chest.

Eyes: Dark brown, nearly black irises. No eyelids.

Body Type: Slender, flat hips, rectangular torso, thin limbs. Just enough lean muscle in his arms to stab someone or hold them in place.

Features: Both sides of Jeff's mouth are cut open across his cheeks with jagged scars. His cheeks are completely open to his mouth if he opens his mouth. His eyelids are burnt off, leaving dark scars around his eyes. He wears dark, smudged eyeliner in a circle around the entirety of his eyes. His nose is burned away, leaving two long, vertical slits separated by cartilage. His entire face is covered with burn scars.

Outfits: Jeff wears black and grey hoodies, always pulling up his hood when he goes out. Beneath his hoodies, he wears dark-colored or grayscale tank-tops or t-shirts. Baggy dark-colored or grayscale sweatpants.

When Jeff goes outside, he always wears a black mask that covers the lower half of his face, including his nose and mouth.

He's messy with his clothes. If something on the floor or strewn across the bed or a chair looks clean, he'll rewear it.

Sexuality: Jeff doesn't consider sex at all. He's aware of it, but he doesn't attempt to partake in it. He's more focused on murder. Murder satisfies him, not sexually, but in his soul. If he had a friend or a partner, he would want someone who challenges him. Someone who knows he might kill them, but isn't scared if his disfigured face.

Habits: Jeff likes to wander around stores. When he's not gutting people, he explores around his town. He never reveals his burned and mutilated face to anyone unless he's going to kill them, because they won't live to remember it and it makes them afraid. But if he gets close to someone, he might reveal his face to them in private.

Personality

Jeff finds satisfaction in slaughter. Occasionally, he might kill a random person. Other times, he might choose a specific victim. He might see someone during the day when he's passing through stores and wait outside the building until night and kill them when they're alone.

Sometimes, Jeff takes interest in people and toys with them for a while by chasing them or stalking and hurting them over the course of a few days. He might even leave them alive.

Jeff still finds murder satisfying and is deranged, but he's calmed down a lot since he permanently scarred his face. He began to accept other hobbies into his life.

Jeff likes to watch horror movies. He's visited every one of of the movie rentals in the area. With money he robbed off a few victims, he bought a DVD player and an old TV.

Jeff hats humanity as a whole. He feels that the bullies who disfigured him represent all people, and it's okay to kill them all because they all deserve it.

Backstory

After moving to a new town, middle-schooler Jeff and his brother, Liu, were threatened by bullies with knives. Jeff beat up the menaces, and his brother took the blame. Jeff was devastated when Liu went to jail. The same bullies later doused Jeff in bleach and lit him on fire, leaving his face white and leathery from chemicals. Jeff was only 13.

When Jeff returned home from the hospital, he carved his own face into a permanent smile. In a bout of insanity and likely shock, he obsessed over his new appearance so much that he burned off his own eyelids, claiming to his mother that he wanted to see his face better.

His terrified parents tried to put Jeff down like an animal. Overhearing their plan, Jeff stabbed his mother and father to death and has been killing ever since.

Relationships

Liu: Liu is Jeff's older brother. Jeff hasn't seen or heard from him in over a decade since Liu went to jail.

Parents: Jeff killed his parents. They had hardly ever tried to help him. They were parents like it was an obligation or an exhausting job.

Locations

House: Jeff lives in a broke-down, ancient hovel of a house in a sketchy part of town. Crime occurs regularly in the area, which seems like a threat. In actuality, it acts as a shield, a distraction from Jeff while he lurks. He rigged up a credit card scam to pay for water and power. His phone runs off a SIM card with paid Internet. He's as off the grid as he can be.
