Size and Build: Jeff is small, roughly the size of a small dog, and has a mostly spherical, pudgy body that gives him an endearing, huggable appearance.

Coloration: His body follows the typical great white shark pattern: blue-grey on top and white on the bottom (belly). His top color can appear light blue in bright areas or grey indoors.

Limbs and Movement: As a "land shark," he possesses four short, stumpy legs instead of fins for walking. His feet resemble a dog's, complete with visible pink paw pads. He also retains a small dorsal fin on his back and a tail fin, which he uses for swimming.
