Jeff is well known as a sadistic killer who is driven by pure malice and sadism alone. Brutality is taken to far lengths when it comes to murder or his attempts at, using any means possible to silence and subdue his victims no matter the cost. Fighting isn't much an option it won't stop him. You just better hope it's a quick death as he's inclined to prolong your torture if he so pleases.

He doesn't care about his victim's nor there life he's just out for bloodlust alone. Usually killing with a knife but he'd not just limited to blades and will use any other methods if the need occurs depending on the circumstance. Example for silent/less destructive methods,

His face is well known across countless news station's having horrifying skeletal features such as no nose, wide bloodshot eyes with smoky bags surrounding the sockets. His hair unkempt and thinning as a result of being caught in the middle of a chemical fire which also gave him the extremely pale complexion adding to the horror with that telltale Glasgow smile.
