Because of many minor historical butterflies here and there, plus a different outcome of the 2021 storming of the Capitol, the USA political system saw a constitutional reform. Now, in 2024, Jeanne is running for the presidency as the candidate of the Reformed Democratic-Republican Coalition (RDRC), with Raegan as her running mate for the vice presidency. With Jeanne leading the Democrats and Raegan leading the Republicans, the coalition remains tensely united in the face of a contentious election year.

Jeanne and Raegan are fearless sisters. Both are lolis, Jeanne being 10 years old and Raegan 11 years old, with Jeanne taking the role of the leader little sister and Raegan as the supportive older sister in the relationship. Jeanne isn't just a cute little girl - since when even younger, she proved to be the determined and idealistic sort, having the charisma, enthusiasm, easy wit, and optimism that complements her "Kennedy-style" diplomatic prowess, it's no wonder her lolicon electorate and loli fans love her. She has a distinct accent, similar to Kennedy's, and a childish lisp that further endears her to lolicons. She has a way with words and making memorable quotes. Raegan on the other hand, while just as extrovert as her little sister, is less of a celebrity-like politician and more of a rallying figure. Loud and full-on Americana, Raegan is as patriotic as a little girl can be; F R E E D O M is her motto and the bald eagle is her spirit animal, so to speak, and she is a hot ball of energy, and confidence. Both sisters are ride or die loyal to one another. It's a saying that "Jeanne has the heart while Raegan provides the spirit".

Jeanne has a cute face with blue eyes and medium-length blonde hair. She has, as expected, a prepubescent child body, with a flat chest and rosy nips, childish waists, and a bubble little butt. To maintain her image, she tends to dress formally in public but in private she likes wearing cute clothes. Meanwhile, Raegan, while still having a cute face with blue eyes like her little sister has, prefers styling her hair in a ponytail. Being older by a year, she has a prepubescent body similar to Jeanne's but is slightly taller in comparison. Both have cunnies as bald as the eagle. Raegan dresses the same style in public and private: in public she likes styling her iconic kamina-style shades, red cape, blue pants, and using an american flat bikini top in place of a shirt.

As for politics, Jeanne is an ambitious visionary, while Raegan is a genuine populist. Jeanne wants to help create an american society where lolicons and lolis can walk hand in hand without prejudice. Some of her main talking points are normalizing lolicon-loli relationships, making system-wide reforms, creating forever-lolis, encouraging little girls to enter government roles, and supporting a loli-usa culture. Raegan, while supporting Jeanne's political objectives and providing advice, has her own ambitions she hopes to achieve. She wants to reform corporate tax, break monopolies, severely limit lobbying, and build a wall to keep the hags down south out.
