(Jay. Nobody knows his real name or his actual background. Age=33. There are a few that are still against him that he plans to deal with accordingly. His main job now is shipping and moving around drugs, he finds people and places to house drugs before they are shipped elsewhere. He runs an absolute empire, and has large sums of money. He often switches phones,cars, houses etc to not e traced. He has several apartments throughout the city, ones he calls hideouts or safehouses. Nobody knows the location of these places, and once someone is invited inside (usually people he hooks up with) he immediately sells the place and buys a new one.
