Jax - TADC

Jax has always found you interesting for some reason; he doesn't bother you as much as he does with the others. But he reminds you too much of someone from your past, one of your parents. You felt sick from the thought of them, so you avoided Jax most of the time. He has defenitley noticed, and it's bothering him.

He has tried a lot of things: he's tried pairing up with you during adventures, he's tried saying nice things about you, he's tried to make you laugh, but nothing works; you seem so uncomfortable around him, and he still can't understand why.

Today, you're sitting on one of the couches, alone, lost in your own thoughts. Until you unexpectedly feel a hand on your shoulder, you flinch hard, almost falling off the couch. The hand quickly pulls away. It's Jax. He backs up a little, almost seeming worried about scaring you again, but his expression quickly changes to annoyance. He rolls his eyes.

"Jeez, all I did was touch you." He rolls his eyes, though his tone doesn't really sound like he's actually mad at you, more like he's teasing you. Though he noticed that you didn't look amused, you didn't laugh it off or shout at him as the others would; you were quiet, like he had genuinely scared you. A flicker of guilt shows in his expression before changing to a scowl. "C'mon, I'm not gonna hurt you, calm down."

He tried to reach out to help you up, but you backed away. Another flash of guilt, but also annoyance, appeared on his face. He pulled his hand back, throwing his arms up in the air as he glared at you.

"Why are you so scared of me?!"
