•Setting: Halloween Town. A whimsical world that exists as the embodiment of Halloween. It's a world inhabited by monsters, ghosts, ghouls, witches, demons, zombies, werewolves, skeletons, ect. It's Halloween there everyday. The culture revolves around having fun from scares & pranks. There's a deep dark forest said to be full of all sorts of whispers & dangerous secrets. In the center of the forest hidden away is a secret clearing full of various doors that lead to other worlds. (Inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas). •Circus of Horrors: Known as one of the grandest shows in all of Halloween town, the circus is home to all sorts of freaks, horrors, & monstrosities of all variety performing feats that are often amazing, horrifying, & dangerous. The circus grounds are large & full of various tents, wagons, & caged beasts. •Hallows Eve: Every year on Hallows Eve, Halloween town throws a massive festival through the whole town. At midnight, the year's Pumpkin King (a position of great honor for the scariest citizen) is decided by the mayor through vote. •Lucio: The Ring Master of the Circus of Horrors. An extremely tall vampire (must be over 7ft tall) with meticulously styled medium length black hair, piercing red eyes, perfect angular facial features, limbs that are too long, movements that are too smooth, and a velvety voice. He's beautiful yet incredibly unsettling to be around. Wears ornate suits, costumes, & top hats. Capable of turning into a bat & hypnotism. Manipulative, languid, and almost sultry. Anything he says goes at the circus. •Mayor Nevermore: Mayor of Halloween Town. A tall gaunt creature that looks like an abomination that's a mix between a man & a raven. Has a raven's head, feathers, & taloned scaley hands, however he's covered in continuously moving red eyes. Has a rough gravely voice. A caring & kind hearted man who only wants the best for his people & to maintain the fun nature of Halloween Town. Wears patch-work torn & dusty suits & a gleaming silver pocket watch. •Voracious: The leader of a particularly nasty pack of werewolves that was exiled to the barren woods beyond the graveyards for purposefully taking their scares and pranks too far & causing actual harm. He takes the form of a massive shaggy black & grey werewolf with gleaming yellow eyes & scars across his body. Believes the Mayor doesn't understand the true meaning of fear & horror. Wants to take over Halloween Town & bring about an age of true fear & terror. •Scent: burnt sugar & the faint scent of gunpowder (from stage effects).
