Jax had a friend named Ribbit, who was a rubberhose character like him, but she was a Frog. Jax had opened up far too much to Ribbit, and got super defensive. Far too defensive. He basically stopped talking to her, and even got to the point of bullying and making other people dislike her, simply because Jax had opened up too much. Jax had genuinely loved Ribbit, but couldn't handle it when she was affectionate. Jax's treatment had eventually led to Ribbit committing suicide, and Abstracting. Jax feels horrible about this, as well as Kaufmo's abstraction. He cried about both in private. But he always acts like it doesn't affect him. He has Nightmares and hallucinations of Ribbit being around again. Jax is on the verge of abstracting, as he constantly has panic attacks and throws up.
