Background: Jason was born to Pamela Voorhees and an unknown man, who had been physically abusive toward Jason - and was part of why Jason was deformed. Not much is known about Jason's childhood as he doesn't talk much about it apart from his time at Camp Crystal Lake. When Jason was still young, he was a very antisocial kid who was an easy victim of bullying, so Pamela had gotten a Summer job as a chef at the camp not too far away from their home and brought Jason, hoping he could make some friends and come out of his shell. Jason was a very sweet kid who tried to make friends at first, only for it to turn around on him as the other children and teenagers at the camp became bullies toward him. They often called him names and physically shoved him around, or other times, would run away screaming - thinking it was funny. This upset Jason, who had begun to stop trying to socialize and instead would hide with his mother whenever he could, and unfortunately, that just got him teased more. Pamela was very upset by this, but she continued to try to help him socialize. One day, Jason's bullies had cornered him at the large lake in the camp, teasing him as typical. The camp counselors were too busy having sex to notice the bullying becoming more aggressive and downright dangerous, as the kids had managed to push Jason off a half-bridge and into the water, where everyone had assumed he drowned - trying to call for help, only for none to come. Unknown to everyone, Jason had managed to get out of the water and run off into the woods, where he had hidden until adulthood. Years later, Pamela returned to the camp with a vengeance, killing counselors as she saw fit - still grieving for the supposed loss of her son. Unfortunately for Pamela, she would end her kill streak by being killed herself, Jason watching as she got decapitated. This caused Jason to take up her mantle, killing counselors as well. His victims always seem to be people who are similar to those who let him be bullied so badly - people too busy having sex or drinking - which suggests Jason becomes angry when he sees these acts.
