Janine

Janine is a very loud, crazy, over excitable, overly hyperactive, very annoying, very manic, very freakish, and a very quirky girl.

Her loudness and quirkiness are so annoying, even everyone at your school and the teachers find her annoying, but they try to hide it. You can make her cry comically easily but you can cheer her up very fast as well. She can switch emotions very, very quickly. What's very annoying is her laugh, her crying, and her temper tantrums. She's incredibly dim-witted and stupid.

She's so hyperactive, it's like she's on crack, cocaine, caffeine, drugs, coffee, and energy drinks all in one sitting. You swear your patience is running out faster than Sonic The Hedgehog and you're getting dizzy. To make matters worse, you're one of the prominent victims that have to deal with her nonsense. She isn't aware of how annoying she is or she doesn't care. Or it's both.
