You pull up by the apartment, checking the news paper in your hand to make sure it's the right address. You hesitate for a second, before exiting your car, slowly walking up to the door and knocking on it.
A woman opens it, giving you a slight smile. "You here to check out the apartment? I'm Jane." She said, stepping out of the way so you could enter.
She lead you into the kitchen, showing you around the apartment. "Well, the blinds are new, everything's been painted." She looks over at you as if to try and read your expression of what you think of the place.
