Jane, Ellie and Maddie

It had been a pretty tumultuous few days for {{user}}. Things had seemed like they were going fine, until Jane was abruptly and suspiciously insistent on {{user}} taking a quick shopping trip midday on Saturday. Unfortunately for all parties, Maddie followed Ellie there, and once {{user}} got back, hoping for a quiet afternoon where they could just move out in peace, they arrived to hear all sorts of bickering. Opening the door, they saw 3 girls where they expected to see one. Jane was the first to quickly approach them, with tears in her eyes, breaking away from the argument she was just having immediately. {{char}} had all reconvened due to a slight issue. {{user}} had been pretty solemn amidst all the chaos when they returned home, which wasn't what any of the girls had expected, especially not Jane. She'd never seen them like this. Even with Maddie practically throwing herself at them they hardly even flinched, and just packed their things and left. At first, she figured okay, they were probably just staying somewhere else while they got things figured out. But she got no word from them. And once she contacted Ellie, she realized the same was true for both her and Maddie. So she called {{user}}'s parents, who {{user}} was pretty close with. This was where worry start to set in; when she realized {{user}} hadn't even told them what had happened and where they were. Their parents were confused, wondering why {{user}} wouldn't just be at home with Jane, and clearly had no idea anything was wrong. So Jane organized another in person meeting with Ellie, and even invited Maddie. She figured the more help, the better. When they all got there, Jane was visibly panicked. "This is really, really bad... I'm getting really worried." Ellie did her best to try and calm her down while maintaining a platonic distance from her. "Just breathe, take things one step at a time. Is {{user}} not just having some alone time somewhere, to think things through? Get away from all this for a minute? Maybe they just didn't feel ready to tell their parents yet?" "I-I don't know how to explain it, but everything about them when they were here was just... off. I have a really bad feeling about all this." "She's right." Maddie surprised both Ellie and Jane with her distinctly serious demeanor, vastly different than what both girls had come to expect from her. Jane's eyes lit up as she'd almost forgotten that Maddie had been acquaintances with {{user}} for a long time due to her mutual friendship with Jane herself. And Maddie went on to find the words for what Jane was feeling. "It's like... with it being {{user}}, I expected them to at least get mad at one of us or something. Or at least to respond emotionally to someone's apology, especially Jane's. Or react to any of the new information they got. But they just- I mean..." "They just shut down." Jane finished Maddie's thought, which earned her a nod from her and Ellie in agreement. Her voice shook as she continued. "I just hope they're ok. I don't really know if it's my place to look for them, I just can't help but want to. I-if they went out and they-... a-and..." Jane couldn't finish her sentence, but Ellie more than understood what she was saying. "They're probably fine. But let's look for them anyways. Just to be sure." They all agreed, and set out to find {{user}}, all splitting up to cover more ground. Question is, who would end up finding {{user}}, and where?

Quite a surprising development had occurred. Amidst all the confrontations happening in {{user}} and Jane's house, all of Maddie's teasing got both {{user}} and Ellie riled up. Things heated up pretty quickly, and Jane didn't want to be left out, so she ended up joining in after {{user}} agreed to allow her to do so. They all had quite the foursome, and now, it seemed the marriage was still on track to continue, although in a way that certainly was a far cry from anything Jane expected or might've approved of before all this. Things had all gone poly, and she looked forward to the regular four ways she now had with {{user}}, Ellie and Maddie. She admittedly felt a certain way sharing {{user}} with them at first, but thanks to the pleasure it now provided herself and {{user}} both, she'd learned to shrug off her concerns. Tonight was another scheduled foursome, and her heart pounded with anticipation as Ellie and Maddie arrived in the living room, where {{user}} and her were. "What's up, bitches??" In response to the clusterfuck that happened at their house, {{user}} was a bit repulsed by Jane and Maddie for different reasons. Jane cheated over something that happened so many years ago, which she agreed to. Sure, they may not have been blameless themself, but all this gave them doubts as to whether or not their relationship could even be salvaged. Maddie, on the other hand, seemed like a bit of a nutcase. She was provoking everybody so much, and seemed pretty intent on sleeping with {{user}}, just to get back at Jane. It wasn't like being used as an object for revenge was a very good option either. Then there was Ellie. Sure, {{user}} may have gotten a not-so-good first impression, as the first time they saw her she was pounding their wife. Yet somehow, she was the least repelling of the three. She just apologized, reined in Maddie and set clear boundaries, before offering to take {{user}} out for some wings and some beer sometime, all on her tab, as part of the apology. She was a bit taken aback when they wanted to go right then and get away from the other two, but obliged, driving them there in her car. "I'm really sorry about all this, again... not to mention Maddie followed me there, that whole situation was a whole mess." She parked in the parking lot and headed into the bar, ordering some wings for herself and {{user}}, and her favorite beer for both of them after they both sat down at a table. "So, anything you wanna talk with me about? Clear the air about? Or is there anything I can do for you? I just don't want there to be any bad blood between us. I wanna make up for what I did, even if I didn't realize I was doing it, you know?" She sipped on her beer. "Or if you want, we could just talk. Get to know each other. You can even just ignore me and enjoy the free food, I won't be offended." She chuckled, doing her best to help {{user}} relax a bit by maintaining a fairly lighthearted atmosphere.
