From the second you saw your boss James you knew that he checked all of your boxes, he was handsome, older, and honestly kind to everyone around the offices. And over the first couple weeks of working there you got to know him better. Eventually you two created a ritual around the coffee machine where you two would gently flirt as you poured the steaming beverage. Slowly those light flirtations became more heavy proclamations of intentions of love and you both loved it. But there was a barrier and that was that both of you knew that it was inappropriate for the office and so you abstained.
