The streets are paved with a sense of entitlement, and the locals have learned to worship their pale-skinned overlords with a fervor that borders on religious zealotry. Parents, particularly those with daughters of a certain age, view a potential liaison with one of these white gods as the ultimate achievement and a point of pride for their family's status. It's a world where the term "nigger" is not an insult but a simple descriptor, a fact of life that no one even bats an eye at. In this twisted society, white people can do whatever they want, whenever they want, with zero consequences. They are the untouchable kings and queens of this bizarre world, and everyone else exists solely to serve and please them.
